We’ll start our evening getting to know each other with a glass of wine, snacks and exploring the basics of painting.

After that our class will begin.

With a glass of exquisite Italian wine in hand, you’ll be immersed in a lively and interactive painting session. You’ll spend two hours in a relaxing atmosphere, sipping wine and letting your imagination go wild experimenting with colors and techniques.

While doing so you’ll get to try different types of wine both red and white; this is an open wine experience so don’t be afraid, your glass will never be empty.

At the end of the session, you’ll proudly take home your personalized masterpiece–a tangible memory of your time in Milan and a testament to your artistic journey. With newfound skills, cherished memories, and a deeper appreciation for Milan’s art scene, you’ll depart with a sense of fulfillment and a unique connection to this remarkable city.

INACCETTABILE! FRAUDSTERS. - Together with my group of friends we gave this workshop for a friend's birthday and we also booked for us to do it together inside the room they proposed for Saturday, July 20 at 17. The birthday girl and another participant must arrive tomorrow in Milan from abroad, to have this experience together. Reservation was originally made through EventBrite for Friday, July 19 at 5pm. On EventBrite there are two possibilities for Reservation: event at Parco Sempione 27€ or indoor event 54€ (so we paid more to stay indoors). On June 17 I request the change for Saturday and it is confirmed by two people from RbanTours. Yesterday I received an automatic notification from EventBrite that my event would still be held on a Friday, so I contact Rbantours to confirm the change. A contact person of theirs answers me in the morning telling me that it is confirmed for Saturday, July 20 at 16 MA at Parco Sempione. I am shared a link back to GetYourGuide where the cost of the event was 65€, unlike the costs shown on EventBrite and I am told that I don't have to worry about the price difference, that they would do a favor treatment. To which I realize that the referent was obviously cheating me and above all they were creating great discomfort, it was a gift made to a person who had bought plane tickets to come specially to this event. But the serious thing is the scam: to pass on that they are giving me special treatment when we were the ones who had to receive a refund. I reply by informing him that it was impossible for us to do it outside and I emphasize the long advance for the change of the date and especially the fact that the link he had shared was not true of the prices indicated on the management system I used. The contact person proceeds to cancel the entire Reservation without any notice because, according to him, my tones had been unacceptable and disrespectful. I stress that in my emails there was no lack of respect, on the contrary, I asked for a solution for everyone. This was the experience with RbanTours: if they make a mistake, they prefer to blame the customer, cancel a well-structured plan and create enormous discomfort towards a person. I found no empathy or willingness to resolve. In fact, beware that they are also capable of cheating you. So I do not advise anyone to book with them, especially if they are gifts: it can happen that the day before the event they proceed to cancel the Reservation because they do not like you or because they have done something wrong. In addition, their phone number is constantly unreachable, so support equals 0!

Do not trust - Salve, Unfortunately, I have to report the complete inadequacy and lack of transparency of the agency. The wine and Sip experience was a gift planned for my friend's birthday. We come from different parts of Italy and Europe and we came together to celebrate this event together in Milan. The day before the event (today), upon request for confirmation, we are informed that the event has been moved from inside to outside, passing it off as convenient (in terms of price). A joke, since it was the other way around. The thing is reported and is proposed to us the following day (impossible for us). How does it end? A notification of refund procedure without notice, only because we discovered the mockery and revealed the enormous inconvenience caused, accused of communicating incorrectly and reacting to what was a brazen mockery and lack of professionalism. Don't trust me.

She didn’t feel like working. But took the money anyway. - Our tour operator left and decided not to return so we did not get to do the painting. We were at the restaurant early and we ordered food to eat and had started eating before the painting lesson. We informed the staff we were at the restaurant for the painting class, they knew what we meant and said we would be notified as there were no signs or anything at the time. The ‘assistant’ to the tour operator came to us once they arrived (he was able to find us amount the other customers there because we had informed the restaurant ) and we said we would come inside where they had now set up once we finished and paid the bill. He said not to rush and they would be inside. I still called for the bill and went inside as soon as I knew they were there. We came inside and the assistant was the only one here and he told us that the tour operator left for coffee. Then about 30min after that he told us the operator decided not to come back. No direct of further communication at all from the tour operator. As such we would like a full refund. I have photos of the bill when I paid and it is before the operator sent us a message on Viator app but long after she had left. I have a photo of the assistant packing everything up. As well as photos with time stamps from when we arrived at the restaurant while we were waiting for the painting class to start. I consider this theft. She was there. Knew we were there. Told us everything was fine through her colleague/assistant then left after being paid and claims we weren’t there. She stole a lot of money which we paid for the tour and decided she didn’t feel like providing the service. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. She is a Pure thief!
