Great tour with the family! - Hassan was an outstanding driver and guide for our Mount Fuji tour in Japan. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly informative. He took us to some amazing spots, including the breathtaking Chureito Pagoda, where we got stunning views of Mount Fuji. He also introduced us to delicious local food, making sure we had an authentic Japanese dining experience. Throughout the tour, he shared interesting facts and history about the region, making the trip both educational and enjoyable. His knowledge, safe driving, and warm personality made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend Hassan for anyone visiting!

Best Mt Fuji tour in Japan! - We were glad that we booked this trip! Tour guide Ahmed was pleasant and knowledgeable. We love his service and he brought us to some of the best views of my Fuji and also local delicacies. Ask him about the ice cream if you have the chance!

Most memorable trip we had in Japan!!! - We book the Mt Fuji tour with Mian JP trading on Tripadvisor and we were glad that we made the booking. Our tour guide Ahmed is pleasant and knowledgeable, speaks good English and brought us the best views, foods and desserts too!

Awesome Private Tour - Not a rushing trip definitely. Hassan brought us to 5 different places and pretty much covers what we want to see.
Price is affordable and the trip is also comfortable. Do consider engaging them.

Excellent - I had an absolutely amazing experience on the private tour to Mount Fuji. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the trip memorable. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to visit stunning viewpoints, serene lakes, and charming local spots around the area.

Great Day With Ahmed - We thoroughly enjoyed this full day tour. Ahmed was on time and pleasant throughout the day. Aside from the outlined tour, we enjoyed a delicious ice cream at Lake Kawaguchiko and stopped for an authentic Japanese lunch. At the Japanese Village, Ahmed, guided us through it and made some suggestions on things we might enjoy. Thanks for a great time.

Great trip to Mt.Fuji with private tour guide - I had a great time with Ahmed during my private tour. He will do his absolute best to fullfill your touring wishes and make the most of your time! It was super nice to see Mt.Fuji from the 5th station and then even more exciting to go on the speed boat. I had limited time in the end, but you can see even more things during this tour. Just ask your tour guide!

Unforgettable Mount Fuji & Hakone Private Tour with an Expert English-Speaking Chauffeur - Our private tour of Mount Fuji and Hakone with an English-speaking chauffeur was truly exceptional. From the start, our driver was warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable about Japan’s history and culture, which added so much depth to our journey. His English fluency made communication easy, ensuring we felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the tour.
The tour itself was well-paced and flexible. Our chauffeur made great suggestions on the best spots for breathtaking views of Mount Fuji, and we were able to stop at some hidden gems away from the crowds. He also gave us ample time to explore Hakone and offered insights into the local area that only a seasoned guide would know.
The highlight was, of course, Mount Fuji. The sight was even more stunning than expected, and our chauffeur knew exactly where to capture the best photos. The van was clean, comfortable, and stocked with water and snacks, making the long day enjoyable and stress-free.
Overall, this private tour was well-organized, and the service was excellent. We felt valued and cared for at every step. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Mount Fuji and Hakone in a relaxed and informative way!
Hakone itself was charming, with serene landscapes and picturesque lake views. The boat ride on Lake Ashi was a highlight, providing a unique angle of Mt. Fuji. The ropeway to Owakudani Valley offered thrilling views, and tasting the famous black eggs was a fun cultural experience! Each stop had its own charm, and I appreciated the balance between structured activities and time for personal exploration.
The transportation was comfortable, and we had just the right amount of time at each stop without feeling rushed. I’d highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience the beauty and tranquility of Mt. Fuji and Hakone in one day.

Disappointing tour - The good part of the tour was that we got to see Mt. Fuji. Everything else was disappointing.
1) The tour was listed as customizable, and we were told that we would be contacted in advance to choose an itinerary. This never happened.
2) The tour was listed as being for 10 hours, when actually it was only 8.
3) The tour ended early because there was snow on Mt Fuji, which apparently meant that the last planned tour stop wasn't an option. Given that there's snow on Mt Fuji for a large portion of the year, you'd think there would be an alternative option.
4) The driver (Ahsan) seemed surprised when we asked to stop for lunch and didn't seem sure where to take us. Given the length of the tour, you'd think that this would be included as part of the plan.
5) The driver seemed largely disinterested, and frequently rushed us through locations. This would've made sense if there wasn't going to be enough time to do everything on the itinerary, but again, the tour was 2 hours shorter than advertised.
6) The driver changed the start time without consulting us first.
