Grand private Tokyo experience - Guy our driver for the day on May 3rd.
He was waiting before the allotted time which was great. He was smartly dressed and his attitude very pleasant.
He opened the doors to the car which was a very nice and comfortable car.
Inside there were two bottles of water and the car was spotless.
He proceeded to ask us about our previously discussed plans to see if there was anything we wanted to change..
He then went through the best way of what was best to go to first etc to get the best out of our day.
He answered all our questions and gave us lots of information about each of the places we visited.
We did get lost in the Sky tower but as we had his number etc and had been communicating in advance we were able to use the phone to enable us to rejoin him. He actually came to us.
We enjoyed each place we visited and our day was enriched greatly by Guy who was so helpful patient and kind to us.
I would not hesitate to recommend Guy as a guide for the day.
We felt completely relaxed and quite pampered.
10/10 .

AN AMAZING TOUR OF TOKYO - We were picked up by Mattia and treated to an exceptional tour of Tokyo. Mattia's knowledge of the history of each place visited and in fact his knowledge of the history of Japan was outstanding and added to the enjoyment of the day. We were give ample time at each place to explore at our own pace. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Professional and enjoyable tour - From the moment we were picked up, the entire day ran smoothly and exceeded our expectations. The driver was extremely knowledgeable, offering detailed insights into each location we visited and happily answering all of our questions throughout the tour. The vehicle itself was very comfortable, allowing us to relax between stops and enjoy the journey just as much as the destinations. It was a fantastic way to explore Tokyo at a comfortable pace without any stress. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a more personal and enriching experience of the city.

Great Private Tokyo Driving Tour - The tour was EXCELLENT!! Our tour guide Oriol was FANTASTIC! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and enjoyable. The itinerary was great and showed us many highlights. We visited several Tokyo areas and attractions. Oriol was the best!!! Highly recommend

knowledgeable, friendly, flexible driver made for a great day in Tokyo - We had a few days before our cruise and decided to devote the first to a full day in Tokyo. We were picked up from our hotel on time by Oriol (who had taken the trouble to contact us in advance). comfortable, spotless vehicle. Oriol was excellent in every way, knowledgeable , flexible and took us off the beaten track to see the highlights of a wonderful city. we enjoyed and appreciated our conversations about Japanese life. we would unequivocally recommend this trip and our thanks and best wishes to Oriol.

Great way to see and... - Great way to see and experience Tokyo. Our wonderful and knowledgeable guide (Richard) drove my partner and me to several Tokyo 'must-see' destinations. Throughout our day-long tour, Richard provided great tips and insights for each site we visited. It was an awesome and personalized experience that I would strongly recommend.

Excellent day trip of Tokyo! - After a wonderful cruise which ended at Yokohama Port, we were picked up by Oriol, who had previously done all the legwork and communications leading up to this day trip. We toured Tokyo the whole day long and stopped at the most popular and fun tourist stops. Oriol was very informative, polite, multi-lingual (Spanish, English and Japanese) and well organized, which allowed us to get the best out of the relatively short time we had in Tokyo.
5 stars for Oriol and his services, highly recommended!

Three amazing days in Tokyo and surrounds - We booked a private three day tour with Grand Tours. We worked with Oriol via email to organise the three days based on the three tours described on the website. He was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. We were happy to find that he was to be our driver for the three days, especially when he arrived (early each day) in a luxurious BMW sedan. Our first day in Tokyo was crafted by Oriol to take us through the history of the city by visiting sites and telling us the story of the place before allowing us time to explore on our own. Our second day was spent exploring beautiful Nikko, with thoughtful adjustments made for the weather conditions. Day 3 was spent exploring Hakone. Oriol was able to adjust quickly to the conditions by suggesting wonderful alternatives to Mt Fuji, which was blanketed in thick cloud all day. Throughout the three days, conversation flowed, resulting in a fun, informative and educational experience which has given us an insight into life in Japan today as well as its history. Just by listening carefully during our conversations, Oriol was so thoughtful in the way he adjusted our itinerary to suit our interests. He also made sure we were able to sample a variety of delicious Japanese dishes during our stay. We highly recommend Grand Tours with Oriol as your driver/guide.
