Very competent punctual & competent driver - Driver was punctual, she was friendly. She loaded my luggage into the van. The van was spotless clean and comfortable My trip took 90 mins, very competent driver. I felt safe at all times.

On time - The driver arrived on time and was able to fit all our luggage in the mini bus. Inspite of the inclement weather we arrived at the pier sooner than expected. Thanks Viator for sending us a very good driver.

Driver left us high and dry - Our pick-up at 10:30 AM was confirmed the night before via WhatsApp. The name of the driver or vehicle number was not provided, only the phone number +81 70-3223-7566. I replied. We were in the hotel lobby waiting at 9:30 AM. We waited until 10:30. The driver never showed up. We called the number numerous times; no one answered. On the fifth attempt, a passenger in the car, not the driver, answered the call. Our driver had picked up another party. No way was this an honest mistake: we were a party of two, he picked up a party of four; I had the receipt and voucher for the reservation; the driver had my name and phone number. We were left to make alternative arrangements on the spot to get us to our destination. Pretty shoddy way to treat passengers who have a confirmed reservation.

Terrible Full Day Private Tour to Discover The Best of Tokyo - We have taken tours from Viator in the past and they were all very informative. However, the Full-Day Private Tour to Discover the Best of Toyko was absolutely the worst. The Tour Guide did not provide information/history of Tokyo. All he did was drive us and drop us off to fend for ourselves. While advertised as a full day tour, the Guide was anxious to leave to beat the traffic going home. The night before we were contacted for changes: pickup time, combining with another group, vehicle, etc. We were offered a $40.00 discount, which we never received. When we contacted Viator, we were told to contact the Tour Guide in Japan. Viator's Customer Service did not offer any assistance. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
