The tour commences at Shimbashi Station, the site of Japan’s first railroad established in 1872. Start with a visit to a casual sake bar run by Nara Prefecture, renowned as the birthplace of sake. Delight in a 30-minute all-you-can-drink sake tasting, offering over 20 varieties that change daily, including traditional Bodai-moto sake, as well as dry, sweet, sparkling, cloudy, and fruit sake.

Then, proceed to a teppanyaki restaurant in Ginza, where a talented chef cooks right before your eyes. Relish a premium course featuring A5-ranked Wagyu beef, seasonal dishes, garlic rice, miso soup, and a selection of carefully chosen sauces and condiments.

• Japan’s climate has become more extreme, with summer highs of 40°C (110°F) and winter lows of -5°C (20°F). Please prepare accordingly for the tour.
