• Mindelo - The adventure kicks off at our sales location. After completing the necessary paperwork (providing a copy of your driver’s license and signing the liability waiver), the guides will offer an introductory briefing on road safety and driving tips to avoid accidents and mishaps. A guide will lead the tour at the front of the quad bike group in a “tourist convoy” style.

• Praia da Laginha - The journey begins by heading north, departing from Mindelo and traveling along dirt roads. From the viewpoint above Mindelo, you’ll enjoy the best views of the city, Monte Cara, and Praia da Laginha.

• Salamansa - The tour continues along coastal paths until reaching the fishing village of Salamansa, where you can admire the stunning landscape of the long, white sandy beach and the remarkable cliffside overlooking the sea.

• Baía das Gatas - The tour proceeds along a coastal path to Baía das Gatas, where you can enjoy the warm, crystal-clear waters of the bay for a refreshing swim and a drink.

• Calhau - Continue driving along the coastal trails, where the coastal scenery and the deep blue ocean will amaze you. In Calhau, you’ll visit the fishing village and marvel at the unique rock formations of the region, enjoying the view of the extinct Viana Volcano. As you continue to Ribeira de Calhau, you’ll appreciate the local crops and the island’s interior.

• Mercado de Peixe - On the return to Mindelo, you’ll experience the colonial architectural style of the colorful city buildings and the lively fish market. Finally, you’ll visit the renowned Praia da Laginha, located in the city center. The tour concludes with your return to our shop in the city.
