Exceptinal tour - As avid travellers in North America and Europe, we love to take tours to acquaint ourselves with our surroundings. This tour is a love letter to the city of Minneapolis, reflected in the unbridled passion and enthusiasm of our guide, John. He is a master storyteller. The narrative is beautifully scripted and well researched , citing the history, preservation, and urbanization of Minneapolis. This tram traverses a good cross section of the city. The tour is fun and informative; a great introduction to the city. We were surprised to learn that this is the inaugural year for this business as the tour is exceptional. Congratulations John and Norman on executing one of the best city tours we have ever experienced. World-class outstanding experience - My wife and I have taken many city tours from Amsterdam to Zurich and up the Mississippi River from New Orleans to Minneapolis. This Tolley tour was by far the most fun, educational and unique. "John" the driver and tour narrator may not have been a native to Minneapolis, but he was certainly knowledgeable about its history and evolution. He was also fun to listen to. Our tour lasted more than 90 minutes and was the highlight of our vacation.

Great tour of Minneapolis! - This was such an enjoyable informative tour. We were entertained while learning the history of Minneapolis. John, our guide was wonderful, and his love and passion for Minneapolis was apparent in his presentation. I was also impressed by John, that he did anything that was needed to accommodate all of his passengers. I am deaf and asked him to wear a microphone that would stream directly to my cochlear implants. He was happy to help me out and I heard every word he said. When someone was having difficulty getting on the trolley, he insisted that the person wait a moment while he went to find a different step to make it easier for that person. Having traveled for years and experienced a lot of tours, I was very impressed. Not all tour guides are as willing to accommodate their participants and I was very appreciative of his kindness to everyone. I highly recommend that you take this tour.

This tour is a must. - This trolley tour was excellent! Very informative and entertaining. I learned so much about Minneapolis and appreciate the city all the more. You must allow extra time to walk through the beautiful gardens at the 300 Clifton Bed and Breakfast.

Pleasant. - This is an excellent opportunity to learn about Minneapolis. I have lived in the Twin Cities for over 40 years and learned so many new things. Our guide was witty, charming and informative. The only criticism I have is that the seats in the front row have a limited view and should be a reduced price. We sat in seats 1 and 2 and could not see the screen the narrator referred to on occasion, and there was not view out the left window as it was blocked. It was also chilly in the trolley so bring a sweater or jacket.
