EXCELLENT SERVICE - It was fulfilled as agreed according to the tour, were punctual, very attentive and respectful, the tour very nice landscapes. Paracas, a magical destination on the southern coast of Peru, is a place that captivates all who visit. Its golden sandy beaches and crystal clear waters invite you to relax and enjoy the sun. But Paracas offers much more than beach: the Paracas National Reserve is home to an impressive diversity of flora and fauna, including pink flamingos and sea lions. The Ballesta Islands, known as the "Little Galapagos", are a sanctuary for seabirds and mammals. Another attraction is the mysterious Candelabra, a gigantic geoglyphic figure carved from the sand. Paracas is also a place with a fascinating history, with archaeological remains of the Paracas culture. Whether you want to enjoy nature, history or just relax, Paracas is a must-see destination in Peru.

Wonderful people, wonderful experience - I had the chance to get to know Ivan, the manager of this tour, directly and spend some time with him during this tour. It was a wonderful experience and I feel like I made a life long friendship. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The best tour leader ever you can find in Peru. :)

Almost got stranded near midnight due to a sloppy tour operator - The tour operator who contracted through Viator actually booked this tour through another 3rd party whom he isn't familiar with. He was a middle man who was not good at coordinating. Here are the problems: 1. He asked us to meet at a meeting point the day before the tour when we spent extra $ to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel. When I told him that's not what we signed up for, he asked that I showed him the receipt!! It's on aviator's site. I did a screen shot of the booking details and sent him. I also called Viator to inform them about this last minute unexpected confusion. He then conceited and picked us up the next morning. 2. He forgot he needed to drop us off at the hotel. When we finished our tour, we waited for him to show up at the bus stop. It's 11:30PM and he never showed, though he agreed he'd come and pick us up. When he asked me about my experience the next day. I challenged him about not picking us up. He said he did his best and didn't even apologize. 3. The tour itself was fine. The boat tour to the island wasn't what's shown on the Viator website. The boat wasn't shaded with a roof. Totally open. The picture on the front page on Viator was misleading. The only con of the tour was that the driver played loud Hispanic music hours at a time as we ended up with a bus full of tourists from SA. Luckily, the tour guide's English was okay. She actually got us in a taxi after she realized we were stranded at the bus stop because our 'tour operator' didn't show up. The tour was overall fine. I'd pick this tour through another company. Make sure the tour operator is the company that operates the tour, not just a middleman. That shouldn't have happened. Viator should do a better job screening the tour operators.
