Great cooking class for our family! - We made Lomo saltado and Cauza. They were both fresh and delicious! Chef Joseph walked us through the whole cooking process and our guide worked with him to set up our stations, give us cooking tips and teach us about each dish. They made a wonderful chicha morada( purple corn drink) for our family. Our children learned about their own Peruvian heritage in a fun, relaxing and supportive environment. We chose not to do the market tour and just to go straight to cooking. It was the right choice for us and I highly recommend this tour. Oh! And the table was set beautifully. 😊
