- Huacachina - Depart from Paracas to Huacachina at 1:30 pm, with an expected arrival around 2:45 pm.
You will have free time until the buggy and sandboarding tour begins.
- Huacachina Oasis - Experience the thrill of riding a buggy up the dunes and sandboarding down in this unique natural desert oasis, the only one in South America.
- Miraflores - Depart from Huacachina at 7:00 pm, with an estimated arrival in Lima around 11:45 pm.
Passengers will be dropped off at the same location as the pickup, with an approximate arrival time of 11:30 pm.

We limit the amount of passengers on our tour for a small group experience.
- Please bring breakfast with you (direct bus).
- Please don’t be late, as bus must leave on time to do Ballestas Islands at 10:00 am.
- Bring sunscreen, it is hot all year round in Paracas and Huacachina.
- Food is not included, although we have discounts in many restaurants.
- See itinerary for hour by hour plan.
- Warm weather all year round. Light-weight jumper/jacket for speedboat ride to Ballestas. Closed-toe footwear for Sandboarding.
- Minimum age is 7 years
- The bus will arrive back in Lima, at JW Marriott at around 11:30 pm
- The tour runs with slight adjustments during the following holidays: Easter weekend (April 17-20) and Peru’s Independence Day celebrations (July 25-28). The pick-up time will be 1 hour before the usual time

So fun - This trip was so much fun! Our causa had so much energy and made sure everyone had a great time. She informed us every step of the way what was happening, how much time we'd have at stops, and other important information. The trip itself was so fun, we got to see penguins, sea lions, and other cool animals. The atv trip and sandboarding was such a fun experience! And the group had a good rapport. It is a long day so make sure to pack sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, snacks.

Must do trip when you come to Peru - Aymeth the friendly tour guide did an awesome job explaining the tour and help us navigate through all aspects of the trip . Always smiling . She was a good representative for Peru. I highly recommend this trip everyone. The lunch and dinner were great. The sand boarding and dunes were so much fun .

Huscachina is super impressive and small Galápagos ! - Aymeth was a very attentive funny and competent tour guide. Everything was top organized and very punctual. Highly recommended, despite the long travel time.

Worth the full day experience - Aymeth is as an awesome guide took care of everyone the whole time and made the full day worth it. Made sure to communicate with everyone on the tour and was super personable. The sand dunes were beautiful and so much fun. Also the lunch before going to the sand dunes was so delicious 10/10

Great experience, but a very long day! - It was an amazing experience, especially visiting Huacachina. I will warn that it is a LONGGG day like really long. I left at 5:45am and got back at almost 1am. I think the expected return time is around 11pm so maybe there was traffic. Not sure. The boat tour is nice and you get to see sea lions, but the sand boarding and dune buggies are the real fun. You are provided with a laydown sand board, but you can rent a standup board or skis. If you have experience in the snow I recommend that.

A great weekend getaway from Lima - It was a well organised tour with a dawn to dusk schedule. The wildlife sightings and activities at the sand dunes were exciting. Sandra who guided us through the process was very helpful.

A good guide makes the experience even better. - My partner and I went the last week of February, booked online, and all the time was as expected except for bus back from huacachina to Lima, it took us 5 hours or a little more, which was very thorough.
Otherwise, and regarding our guide Aimet, things were well informed, the advice he gave us were very helpful, his energy and attitude were very chever all along.

Not bad. - A great trip. Use your time to the extreme during the day. Saw birds, dolphins, sea lions and penguins. Then I went to the desert to experience the joys of desert racing. Land roller coaster, very interesting. The accompanying guide sandra and driver alejandaro were very conscientious. Sandra is English-Spanish throughout, and the emphasis is repeated. The only pity was that one of the roads on our side of the ica collapsed and we had to walk for almost ten minutes.
