- Huacachina - Depart from Paracas to Huacachina at 1:30 pm, with an expected arrival around 2:45 pm.
You will have free time until the buggy and sandboarding tour begins.
- Huacachina Oasis - Experience the thrill of riding a buggy up the dunes and sandboarding down in this unique natural desert oasis, the only one in South America.
- Miraflores - Depart from Huacachina at 7:00 pm, with an estimated arrival in Lima around 11:45 pm.
Passengers will be dropped off at the same location as the pickup, with an approximate arrival time of 11:30 pm.

We limit the amount of passengers on our tour for a small group experience.
- Please bring breakfast with you (direct bus).
- Please don’t be late, as bus must leave on time to do Ballestas Islands at 10:00 am.
- Bring sunscreen, it is hot all year round in Paracas and Huacachina.
- Food is not included, although we have discounts in many restaurants.
- See itinerary for hour by hour plan.
- Warm weather all year round. Light-weight jumper/jacket for speedboat ride to Ballestas. Closed-toe footwear for Sandboarding.
- Minimum age is 7 years
- The bus will arrive back in Lima, at JW Marriott at around 11:30 pm
- The tour runs with slight adjustments during the following holidays: Easter weekend (April 17-20) and Peru’s Independence Day celebrations (July 25-28). The pick-up time will be 1 hour before the usual time

Gracias, Peru Hop! Gracias, Ricardo! - We had a very fulfilling experience, and our guide, Ricardo, was the best! He was kind, organized and gave us tips for the days to come. Paracas was beautiful, the oasis was breathtaking and the boogie and sand boarding were very exciting! I totally recommend the experience!

Sea lions, penguins and desert - We were impressed buy buggy in desert. We did not expect much but it was one of the best experience we have ever had, like roller coasters and even better! Sun set and landscape also were impressive.
The weather in October was nice and stable during the day, so you do not need any special cloths, but would be nice to have a hat for island because of wind.
Sea lions and penguins were super nice and you see sea lions super close, almost touching.

Great day trip from Lima! - Wow! What a great trip from start to finish. We visited Paracas and went on a two hour boat tour of the Ballestas Islands. We saw penguins, sea lions and lots of birds. Then we went to Huacachina and opted for the two hour dune buggy and sand boarding. It was so much fun! Definitely recommend paying the extra $10 usd for the upgrade to a 2 hour tour. Diego our tour guide was great!

Such a fun experience! - Diego was an amazing tour guide on our trip to Paracas and Huacachina. He thoroughly explained how the full day experience would go (in both English and Spanish). The day was quite long but so worth it. I highly recommend if you have the time. Also there’s a toilet on the bus which was a major plus!

Great tour - It was a great trip. George/Jorge was a really informative and helpful guide. Great experience overall. Huacachina exceeded our expectations. It was cool to see the animals in Paracas in their natural environment.
