- Miraflores - The first stop here is going to be in a small local restaurant for “Chicharrones”, delicious traditional pork sandwich.
- Miraflores - Tortas Lucas: Our friends from “Lucas”, a small local bakery, are in charge of the sweet part of the tour. Here you will try some deserts.
- Mercado nro 1 de Surquillo - Local fruits and products
- Maraparte - Barra Pesquera - Our friends from “Maraparte” will prepare us a delicious ceviche. This is one of the most representative dishes of Peruvian food made with fish marinated in lemon juice accompanied by onion, corn, chili, etc.
- Miraflores - Manolos pasteleria for Churros

Additional Information
The meeting point is at “Terrua” coffee shop; the baristas are going to share with us their great passion for Peruvian coffee, this small taste is recommended for everybody.
After coffee, there is a 15 minutes walk. The first stop is going to be in a small local restaurant to try “Chicharrones”, delicious traditional pork sandwich.
Then is time for something sweet. Our friends from “Lucas”, a small local bakery, are in charge of making us try some deserts.
Next stop is the local market to see some local products and try some different fruits
The most popular Peruvian dish is included on this adventure! at “Maraparte” ceviche bar will prepare us a delicious ceviche, made of marinated fish in lemon juice accompanied by onion, corn, chili, etc. Here you can also try Chilcano, a long drink made with Pisco.
On the way back to Terrua there is one last stop for churros in Manolo´s.

Great food tour and guide! - We had a great food tour with Miquel. He took us to off the beaten path gems in the Miraflores neighborhood and provided general information about life, nature and food in Lima.

Yummmmmo - Loved the food and coffee and cocktail - our tour guide made it so much fun! The ceviche and fruit were my favorites but all the food was tasty and walking helped me digest everything!

Excellent way to experience Miraflores - Fabulous tour! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Perfect English. The food stops on the tour were very well chosen. They were off the tourist path, locally-owned, high quality., and reflected Miraflores. There was so much food! Come very hungry! I am an experienced traveler and this is one of the best tours I have been on. I highly recommend this.

Culinary highlight in Lima with Sergio! - Very interesting food tour with carefully selected local food stalls, restaurants and bars! Our guide Sergio had a broad knowledge of the local food and was able to answer many other questions and give us further recommendations for more Peruvian food!
It was a lot of fun and I would recommend the tour to anyone!

Worth the money - I definitely recommend this for anyone new to Lima, or Peru altogether. My guide, Miguel was the kindest and most patient person ever. I am here studying Spanish and so not only did he help to show me places to go to and to discover great food but he also helped me with my Spanish. You definitely get your moneys worth. I would strongly recommend not eating before doing this because you get a lot of food which is awesome!!!

You have to do this! - Me and my wife had a great time going around Miraflores with Rudy. I suggest you go on an empty stomach cause you’ll be eating quite a bit and everything local. From coffee to final ceviche with cocktails.
Our favorite part was definitely the visit of the Mercado.

Fun food tour in Miraflores - This was a lovely walking food tour around Miraflores! Our guide was kind and helpful and we ate lots of yummy Peruvian cuisine. The reason for the 4 star vs 5 is just that I didn’t feel we were given as much information as I had hoped for about Peru/Lima and while there were some extremely delicious foods on the tour, the majority of it was just normal-good. I think for the price it was reasonable though.
