• Market No. 2 Surquillo - Our tour guide will pick you up and take you to a local market in Surquillo district. There you will meet the chef and decide as a group on the starter and main dish to cook.

We will visit different stands accompained by our guide who will explain all about the Peruvian food culture and choose the best ingredients for the dishes that we will prepare in the kitchen.
