The Udawalawe National Park, situated on the border of the Uva and Sabaragamuwa Provinces in Sri Lanka, was established with the dual intention of serving as a safe haven for wildlife displaced due to the making of the Udawalawe Reservoir along the Walawe River, and preserving the reservoir’s catchment area.

Udawalawe National Park - Your journey begins from Mirissa | Galle | Weligama at 11:30 am. Your personal driver will collect you from your accommodation and transport you to Udawalawe.\n\nImmerse yourself in the untouched wilderness of Udawalawe National Park, a haven for Sri Lankan elephants and a sanctuary for a plethora of wildlife.
