Sheer Determination to make sure we saw a whale. - There was a very well organised setup, Right from being guided at the harbour to the ship, to the last moment when we got back on our vehicle. The boat was clean, life jackets, light breakfast, water and seasickness tablets etc were provided. The crew was smiling and helpful, even supported people to get down the stairs to the toilet. The biggest part was after we saw the dolphins, The Whales was still unseen. After 2 hours into the journey, when we had finally given up ,the captain still kept searching. We saw the other boats in the distance leave after some time, only our boat was left. After 90mins, we finally saw the first whale and then we saw another. What an experience!! The crew kept providing cake, pineapples, watermelon without even us asking. At the end they helped us take selfies. That was a beautiful personal touch. Even the son of the owner was present on the boat as a random check to make sure quality was up mark. I would totally recommend Eagle Eye over any other company. Keep up the great work

Sighting of blue whale and a great experience! - We went on December 1st. We saw Spinner Dolphins and we were lucky enough to see a blue whale towards the end of our time at sea (respectfully close, not unethically close to the animal) before the journey back to land! We left on time and our tour took 5 hours because of how far out we went and how long it took for us to see some sea creatures. The tour guide explained this from the beginning, and briefed us on what to expect. We got sandwiches soon after we left the harbour, and cake with some fruit on the way back to land. (The cake and fruit was great.) It took a while to see dolphins and later the whale, but you cannot control nature so such is the trip you sign up for! During this wait, some extra info on the whales and dolphins would have been good. The sea conditions were good, no big waves so the boat wasn't very rocky, just a little, which is to be expected when you are far out at sea. Of course there were some people who were seasick, but that is nothing to do with the tour operator: if you get sea sick and haven't taken seasickness tablets beforehand, you get sea sick! Simple. It will happen on any boat. It probably would have been good if the crew went round to ask everyone at the beginning if they needed sea sickness tablets. Overall I'd really recommend this tour. The crew were patient to wait for the whale sighting, good with the customers and friendly. I really enjoyed myself.

Magnificent trip. - A fabulous trip. Very good ship, The guide was good and English is also good. As a whole a memorable trip. Viator is costly compared to others but the ship was good and the pick up and drop me off to my hotel. Luckily we saw around 15 whales, 3 were very prominent. We need to require to go deep in the sea, the whales were waiting for us at close by area.

All according to description - All worked according to plan but we needed to proactively confirm the pick up time via Whatsapp. Luckily we did as it was 30 min before what was written in Viator app. I got really sea sick (despite a sea sick pill) and saw almost nothing - just hanging (vomiting) on lower deck with couple of other fellow travellers. My wife enjoyed the trip and saw some delphins. No whales for us but that’s just luck. Ship was less than half full so there was plenty of space for watching.

Whale searching, not whale watching! - No complaints about the boat, the crew or the service. We just didn’t see whales!!!! We saw a bunch of dolphins, and even though the crew tried frantically to make sure they got us to see a whale, it was not a lucky day. It does get very tiring, though, as we ended up spending 5 hours on water. Thankfully, it was a stable sea and nobody needed to use the sick bags on board. They provide anti-sickness tablets and some nice snacks.

God company but not very animal friendly acctivity - We saw the whales, the stuff was kind and tried to make the best for us. They also offered everybody seesicktablets. They did a good job. We just didn't like it, that there where close to 20 boats huntig the whale and as soon as he startet breathing all the boats drove towards him. So we are not sure if this is a very animalfriendly acctivity, but if you don't mind it's a good company. For us also important to mention, this company was following the whale but not as crazy as others.

Disorganised pick up, no animals, good service on the boat - Unfortunately we didn't see any whales or dolphins, and were forgotten about for pick up, so we had to take a small fishing boat to the main boat. After contacting Eagle Eye, the company apologised and sent a TukTuk for us but the main boat had already left. The smaller boat was actually the highlight of the morning, as it was a good adventure. Once we were on the main boat there were a few motions in the ocean a long way away but it was difficult to see. The ocean was filled with other big whale watching boats, all making a lot of engine noise and loudly all moving at the first sign, so I don't blame the animals for staying out of the way and underwater. I can see why this could easily feel like as a collective, we are harassing the animals. Service on the boat was good - staff were constantly looking out for movement and gave out plenty of fruit and cake. The vegetarian sandwich option wasn't great. As other reviews have mentioned, if you're prone to sea sickness I would proceed with caution or give it a miss. And for everyone, just limit your expectations.

We saw whales but its a tourist trap - I booked this tour and tried to arrange the pick up from our hotel with the boat company. They sell it with pick up included but no one contacted me. Late night I finally got a response from the company, he was at some party calling me to inform me that the pick up wasn't included put we can have it for an extra of 4000 rubies. You asume for that high price and the fact that now pick up is not included anymore, they would mean they pick you and drop you off afterwards, but no. As we arrived we got the information that we only payed for one way extremely arrogant and rude. The boat trip was ok, breakfast not good. The crew on board was really nice and we saw whales. All in all, the team on land is unprofessional and rude. Its too expensive and just made to get some Money from tourists.

Not recommended at all!!! Very unprofessional staff! - Terrible experience due to severe weather conditions during the trip and very rude staff. The weather was incredibly bad, with heavy rain and strong winds making the entire outing uncomfortable and unsafe. Despite the clear signs that continuing the activity was risky, the organizers seemed determined to proceed, putting everyone's safety at risk. Passengers were visibly anxious and expressed their desire to return to a safer location, but their concerns were largely ignored. Everyone was seasick! It looked like staff is having fun of the situation and they laughed. It was a distressing situation that could have been avoided with better judgment and consideration for the well-being of everyone on board. I am not going to recommend this organization. Very unprofessional staff and very rude. P.S. one of them began to swear in front of the children and the whole ship, because we asked to return to the shore after we had already seen the whales!

Waste of time and money - Nothing no whales at all. Knowingly they had organized the tour because a mom and cub were targeted only. Giving this situation (presumably lasting at least several days), they were to cease operations . İt is waste of money and time
