A Tour of Fuji Lakes in English - Take this tour as the person you are traveling with speaks neither Japanese nor English. I found it as a reference for someone on a Youtube channel and easily found it on Tripadvisor. Hire the Tour and receive timely information of where we initially meet to enjoy the Tour. The same departed from the city of MIshima in Shizuoka Prefecture, which we arrived by taking a Shinkansen Kodama to that town, leaving at 6:30 AM from Tokyo Station. The tour departed promptly after 6 more people arrived. From there, the tour was very enjoyable taking us to the places that are specified in the list of points to visit. The places we visited were scenically impressive. Dario and Bin, the chauffeur, were responsible for explaining about the places where we travel and gave us some important references about the area. The Tour does not include lunch, but Dario coordinated in a restaurant on Lake Saiko, where we could enjoy excellent food. My pleasure was the visits to the Lakes, not so much the visit to the Ice Cave, which means a challenge for people of a certain size~not onwards by the narrow pass. The visit to the forest was fine, but I feel that a guide to accompany the group is always important, The tour started on time at 8:00 AM and ended after sunset at 4:30 PM, at which point we returned to Mishima to take the train back to Tokyo. Otherwise I have to say that it greatly disrupts the tour and I think the cost justifies the experience of visiting these places. Recommended

Professional - Second consecutive year taking the tour, I would give as always a professional, we saw different sites last year, we repeated some but in different season of the year. always with all the information, super friendly and attentive to all my family. certainly is a if or if take it the times we visit Japan.

The best experience - It was an amazing trip. It looked like it was going to be cloudy in the morning and I thought we wouldn't see anything. But guides are constantly monitoring multiple cameras and looking for where the Fuji is seen. In the end we went to the place where it was clear and it looked amazing. My guide was Tito who speaks Spanish as his mother tongue. I recommend it 100%.

Very disappointed. - I had booked this tour, but it was cancelled without a reason. Tried to change the date many times but it was not successful. I tried to call the local agent FUJICOOLTOUR but there was no none answer the phone calls. Sent them email and received no reply at all. I was wondering what is going on with this tour company. I tried using Klook to book the same package, it was the same situation. Very disappointed.
