Jahan is a great tour host - Jahan is a great tour host and is very well informed. He taught us a lot about Niagara Falls and surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend him.

Great day - The views were beautiful. This trip is a great way to see the falls from Toronto without havng to drive there yourself.

The Falls - Kanwar was my tour operator and driver. He was professional and drove safely. The itinerary was set mainly for Niagara Falls. The tour was self directed at The Falls. I enjoyed the views and that I was left alone to enjoy the tour as I saw fit. Overall, very enjoyable.

Great Family Adventure - We had a awesome day at the falls, there was so much to see and do and it was a great family adventure that we will never forget. Our tour guide Nick was very helpful and showed us some of the hidden attractions. The hornblower ride was definitely our favorite. Thank you so much!!

Easy way to get to Niagara - The price was good, pick up and drop at the hotel. Driver was on time. My driver was nice, but did not provide much information in regards to our stops. It would have been much more interesting to know about the flower clock and tiniest chapel. The wine tasting was not a great experience. The server was very abrupt and disappeared for a while. He did not explain the wines. The ride to the falls is about 90 minutes. The Falls are spectacular and the boat ride was amazing!

Nightmare at Niagara - This was by far the absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with a tour company. I am in Mississauga for work and had a day off so figured I’d better see Niagara while I’m in Ontario. I booked a bus tour and it was a nightmare from the beginning. The bus was supposed to pick me up at 9:15am. The bus didnt pick up from my hotel, so I had to go to a neighboring hotel to be picked. After waiting for half hour, I called the company. I was told that they accidentally forgot to pick me up. And that they would send a driver to pick me up, but couldn’t give me a time. After waiting outside the hotel for half an hour, I called them back and asked if they could pick me up at my hotel as I was just standing outside. I was told they would contact me when driver was on his way. 45 minutes later, the call came. I’m not sure what I expected. But what happened what not what I expected. A black Escalade pulled up and besides the driver there was already four people in the vehicle. I was crammed into the back seat and had to sit beside a woman that was clearly sick. She was wearing a mask and just coughing and coughing and blowing her nose. It was a family of four from Quebec in the vehicle. They were obviously not pleased about the fact that they had to stop and pick me up and that they were disappointed that they now had to share their tour with me. They were speaking in French and were obviously unaware of the fact that I was bilingual. I signed up and paid for a bus tour, not a cramped ride in a negative germ wagon. Upon arrival in Niagara, we were dropped off at the falls, our driver told us to meet at the Sheridan at 2:15pm. I did not want to get back in the SUV; I wanted to be in the bus tour I had paid for. I asked the driver if he could find out where the bus was and arrange for me to meet up with them. He said he’d call office and have someone contact me. After a good chunk of time, I was contacted. I was told that I could meet up with the bus at 4:00 at Sheridan, which I did. I met the bus and by then, the tour was over and I was driven back to my hotel. There was supposed to be four stops on my tour, which I didn’t get to experience. As soon as I got home, I emailed the company requesting a refund. My email was not answered. I waited a week and emailed them again and once again no answer. I paid $150, for basically a ride to Niagara and back and hours of messages back and forth with the customer service department. I travel regularly for work, and this was by far the absolutely worst travel experience I have had with any tour company. I will make sure not to recommend this tour to any of my co-workers who often travel to the GTA. The fact that all of my emails were completely ignored is so unprofessional. I work in hospitality and the way this company operates, they should not be in the hospitality industry. Unless you want to be disappointed, I suggest using another company.
