Niagara Falls Birthday Celebration - We did the tour behind the falls which was amazing to see and hear the power and beauty of the falls. We had ample time for shopping and also got to see Niagara on the Lake, the Whirlpool, the Floral Clock and the Wayside Chapel. I took my mom for her 77th Birthday and we had a great day!

Great day! - Johnny was our guide. What a hoot! We had an hour ride from Toronto and our guide made it interesting. We took a little side trip through the Canadian wine country, he made sure we didn't want it any lines. All good.

Awesome - Rightly listed as one of the world's most incredible natural wonders, the Falls are awesome, this one day tour to the Canadian side of the falls by Zoom Tours was just amazing, picked up by our driver/guide Garry, at a pick up point just 5 mins walk from the hotel, Garry was knowledgeable throughout the day and pointed out various interesting things to see on our journey to the Falls, we stopped on route for refreshments and toilets and then were dropped of right next to the Horseshoe Falls. most on our medium sized coach had opted for the boat trip, but I had decided to go "behind the Falls" and have some lunch in town. after several hours at the falls we started our journey back to Toronto via Niagara on the Lake. where again we had time to browse the shops, take in the architecture and buy an Ice Cream, the whole trip was well worth it and the falls are not to be missed.

Great time with Gary from Zoom Tours - Had a great time with Gary as my tour guide! He picked me up at my hotel in Toronto and we picked up the rest of the people at Niagara Falls. The Falls were spectacular. Canada side is definitely the way to go. We got to check out several other cool spots in the area and even tasted maple syrup. Lunch was good and we got a nice view of the Falls while we ate. All in all, it was a good time and worth it. Would recommend.

Amazing tour guide - Amazing tour guide. Johny made our day very interesting and nice. Nice trip, very comfortable drive, a lot of interesting places on the way and awesome stories.

Our day tour to Niagra Falls - We were picked up on time from designated location, everything was organised well and Gary our guide was informative. Air conditioner on the bus was not working properly so hot 2 hour trip there and back to Toronto. Some confussion for us and the other passengers at Niagara Falls as the bus had no number or markings and it was not the only black bus. All in all we had a great day any gluten intolerant travellers the Hard Rock Cafe at Niagara Falls has a variety of selections and the nachos is awesome. They were the fourth restaurant we tried.

Expensive due to additional unexpected cost added on during day but enjoyable - Great trip but not what we booked. We booked a day trip to Niagara Falls but the evening before we were due to go the collection time was changed from 8am to 11.30am. Unknown to us the itinerary had changed and we had to pay an additional 162 Dollars to the tour guide for an evening buffet that was part of the revised tour. It was either that or wait whilst others on the trip stopped to eat. Quite a big additional outlay we weren’t expecting. We were also told that the trip behind the falls wasn’t included in our additional booking (after we had done that activity) and it was only because I had an e mail with my original booking on that I could prove I had already paid for that activity. As a woman travelling alone with her children this did make me feel quite uncomfortable. Having said that Jonny was a good tour guide and very enthusiastic but if the agenda and booking had been changed by this amount this should have been discussed with me before we set off.

Niagara your - The tour was great the guide excellent (Dwain). I was and still am very very disappointed that my tour (what I was sold) included Niagara-on-the-Lake and we did not go there. 😞😞

Nice day but conditions not respected. - Very nice day and very nice Guide giving a lot of explanations on the bus, but we thought we had the cruise included in addition to the option "Journey behind the falls" that we had bought, but it was only that and not both as it is however specified on my Reservation where it was well mentioned "cruise included ". Too bad. The explanations are not clear at all! It was still a great experience.

Not recommended. - We were really disappointed with them. Not only that they were 45 minutes late. The tour did not deliver as it was explained on the website.
