Highlights
  • Table Rock Welcome Centre - Begin your adventure with a stunning view of Niagara Falls, where millions gather annually to witness the powerful waters of Horseshoe Falls up close! Located right at the Falls, Table Rock offers plenty of activities. Enjoy an intimate view of both the Horseshoe and American Falls, perfect for selfies and family photos.
  • Journey Behind the Falls - Open year-round, this attraction provides a unique perspective of the Falls from below and behind.

Descend 150 feet by elevator to a short tunnel leading to two outdoor observation decks and two portals directly behind the Falls. Witness one-fifth of the world’s fresh water crashing down at 65 kilometers per hour. During summer, over 2,800 cubic meters of water thunder over the brink every second!

The visit lasts 30 to 45 minutes, and in spring and summer, you’ll receive a free biodegradable rain poncho to shield you from the mist. Elevators take you through bedrock to tunnels leading to the Cataract and Great Falls Portals, one-third behind the water sheet. Walk to the Upper and Lower Observation Decks at the Falls’ base. Informative posters detail the history and evolution of the hallways. This iconic experience is a must, so bring a waterproof camera. (Tickets available for purchase)

  • Niagara City Cruises - Experience Niagara Falls like never before.

Our intimate boat tours bring you close to the awe-inspiring flow, power, and mist of Niagara Falls. Journey through the Niagara Great Gorge, past the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls, into the heart of Horseshoe Falls for an exhilarating encounter with this natural wonder.

  • Niagara Whirlpool - Stop for scenic photos at Whirlpool Aerocar. Designed by Spanish engineer Leonardo Torres Quevedo, this cable car has operated since 1916. Suspended from six cables, it offers a stunning view of the Niagara Whirlpool, formed where the gorge turns counterclockwise and the river escapes through a narrow channel. High above the Niagara River, the antique cable car transports you over the mesmerizing Whirlpool. Sometimes frightening, always unforgettable!

  • Sir Adam Beck Generating Station - Providing clean, renewable electricity to Ontario for nearly a century, the Sir Adam Beck I Generating Station opened on Dec. 28, 1921. Known as the Queenston-Chippawa Development until 1950, it was the world’s largest hydroelectric power station at its peak, employing over 10,000 workers.

  • Floral Clock - Featuring intricate designs made from up to 16,000 carpet bedding plants, the Floral Clock’s face is changed twice yearly. Niagara Parks horticulture staff maintain the planted face, while Ontario Hydro ensures the mechanism works.

  • Botanical Gardens - Drive through Niagara Parks’ Botanical Gardens, located on the scenic Niagara Parkway and Great Gorge, just 10 minutes north of Niagara Falls. This beautiful garden is home to the Butterfly Conservatory and serves as an outdoor classroom for Niagara Parks School of Horticulture students.

  • Living Water Wayside Chapel - Your Toronto to Niagara Falls day trip includes a visit to the world’s smallest chapel, the Living Water Wayside Chapel.

  • The Welland Canal - Ocean-going ships with curved hulls and deeper drafts often carry partial loads on the Great Lakes, making up about 20% of Canal Traffic. Filling a lock requires 9.4 million liters of water, all done by gravity without pumps.

  • Niagara on the Lake Heritage District - Stroll through Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Heritage District, known for its charming shopping. Revisit the glamour of the 1920s and 30s and find the perfect hat at Beau Chapeau, Canada’s oldest year-round holiday emporium.

seeing Niagara Falls,... - seeing Niagara Falls, taking the boat trip to the Falls it would be great to have a day's itinerary at the beginning of the day or on a board at the front of the bus just so we know what to expect and when

Well worth the trip - Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful guide/driver who made our journey to and from Niagara interesting. The boat cruise was brilliant and lunch with view of the falls ok. We had a group with additional needs with us and our guide did his best but it would have been a better experience for that group if an interpreter had been with us.

wonderful time - Awesome experience in the falls and lovely town Niagara by the lake. I would’ve appreciated a little more time at the falls, lunch time was very limited.

Great experience - Overall, I think it was good. However, I had trouble hearing the driver's English well. It wasn't just me, it was everyone else. English, though, may not be the best language for all the drivers and customers.

Could be a shorter trip - I might have been better off driving myself. I would have been happy with just the visit to the falls and the cruise. All the stops were basically tourist traps and didn’t add anything for me except for wasted time. Also, took 3 hrs to get back because we left at 4 and there was a game that evening. 11 hr trip for 2 hrs of time I wanted to spend at the falls. Also, they didn’t pick me up at an hotel but gave me a location to meet the bus at, so pay attention to the pickup places.

It could have been a great day but it was not. - We were really disappointed with the handling of the trip. Firstly we were informed the day before that the trip we had ordered, an paid for, a luxury Trip with boat ride and three-course-lunch had been cancelled and instead changed to an evening trip with dinner. Secondly we were not being picked up outside our Hotel but instead three blocks away. Secondly the busride took forever because the driver made a detour in order to pick up people outside three (!) different airport hotels. When we finally were approaching the Niagara Falls we made another few stops at some fairly uninteresting ”sights.”(World’s smallest Chapel, Flower Clock etc) This made us lose so much time that when we finally reached the Falls we had to rush out from the bus to snap a few quick photos of the falls and then quickly get back on the bus to get to the boatride. The ride was excellent. Just about the only great thing with the entire trip. After the boatride we had to hurry up to the thirteenth floor of the Sheraton Hotel where a sloppy all-you-can-eat-buffet was presented. The restaurant was bustling with families so the noise level was reaching high. After finishing the dinner we finally got approximately close to forty minutes to watch the lightshow and fireworks. But as soon as that ended we had to hurry back to the bus for the ride home. That busride was initially quite fast and smooth but because we now had to drop people off in reverse order the driver had to make another tour of the AirPort hotels. When we finally reached the City came the final letdown: the driver dropped us of no less than eleven blocks from our hotel! We had to walk for more than half an hour which is not the most pleasant thing to do after midnight in a big city like Toronto. In conclusion: we got A LOT LESS than we had hoped and paid for.

Horrible Experience! - Easily one of the most horrible tours I took recently! To start with, as mentioned in multiple reviews previously, they did not honor all the pickup points as mentioned on the tour details. This caused us inconvenience as we had to take an early morning Uber to the airport. Next the tour guide Johny unnecessarily yelled at our Uber driver as we arrived a few minutes late. The Niagara on the lake, boat ride and lunch at Sheraton were provided as promised. There was a brief drizzle during our lunch. There was supposed to be a 3-hour free time post-lunch. But Johny cleverly used the weather conditions to talk the group out of that 3-hour free time and dropped us back to our respective dropoff points right after the lunch. Overall it felt very dishonest and not worth the money!
