Perks of Centurion- priority pass - It’s a great way to spend your waiting hours at the lounge before your flight. With your membership you get to eat for free, have a comfortable place to chill and relax.

Great - I have to assume that recent reviews were maybe a different lounge. The one we visited was good sized, plenty of seating, lots of food, lots of drinks. No waiting in line. Honestly, would never travel again without it

Meh - Would definitely not pay $32 USD to use this lounge. Food was mediocre at best and they pile as many people into the lounge as possible. We were a party of 3 and were all sat separately. Good thing I was just using up passes that were about to expire.

Terrible Toronto treatment at airport security - This airport is chaotic and badly managed by less than pleasant staff, particularly at security. Gate C lane one where Aida was the most disrespectful person I came across . Even when questioned about her manner she replied “you should try this for 10 minutes” I said “I would and I’d do it in more pleasant manner”. It’s chaotic because it is not set out properly at security. Boarding passes should be scanned prior to entering the area rather than just inches away from where you’re about to put your belongings in a tray for scanning. The position of the trays is at wrong end of the entry area therefore a delay. She was not the only unpleasant person therefore questions have to be asked of the management of this airport with what looks like disillusioned staff. Lane 1 also was congested and passengers were further delayed as possees of cabin crew were prioritised. It’s an easy fix. Have a separate lane for cabin crew at busy times and if you are using this lane also for passengers then don’t overpopulate this lane.

Always full - Every time I come here there is no room and everything there is a waiting list of more the 1,5 hrs. Maybe it’s time to improve the lounge.

Terrible Airport - Our experience was terrible. The staff are disinterested and ineffective, and the airport is dingy, especially the bathrooms.

A Cramped Crowded Closet - The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are cramped, crowded and very small. It is windowless and by far the worst lounge I've been in.

Prepare to wait a long time. - One hour wait to get in? What is the point? They have obviously oversold to way too many people, credit cards, etc. They need to limit accessibility or expand the lounge. Paying for something and receiving service simply engenders I’ll will.

Good job it’s free on my Visa - I was diverted away from the usual lounge as it was apparently ‘full’. I ended up in a very mediocre lounge with equally mediocre food and drinks. Very crappy. I’m wondering if the Dragon Pass is actually a perk anymore. I would never pay to go in this lounge. Avoid if paying.
