Please arrive on time. Unnotified late arrivals or no-shows may be considered cancellations and incur a fee. If you are delayed, please contact us in advance.

Final Confirmation
We will send you the meeting time and location details by the day before your tour. Please register a phone number or email address that can be reached in Japan. If you do not receive any message by 6:00 PM the day before, contact “MIYAKO ADVENTURE PiPi” using the details provided on your ticket.

Weather & Tour Conditions
Tours will proceed in light rain but may be canceled if field safety cannot be ensured. Minimum number of participants: 2. If the minimum is not met, the tour may be canceled with no charge (you will be notified the day before). As this tour takes place in nature, what you can see may vary depending on weather and conditions. We cannot guarantee specific sightings. If weather conditions are unfavorable, we may offer an alternative date.

Preparation
Please use the restroom before arriving, as no toilets are available on site. Participation while under the influence of alcohol is not permitted.
