Arrive at the meeting point promptly.
Late arrivals or absences without prior notification will be considered cancellations and may incur fees.
If you expect to be late, please contact us in advance.

Final Confirmation
Meeting location and time details will be provided by the day before the tour.
Register a phone number or email that can be reached in Japan.
If you do not receive our message by 6:00 PM the day before, contact “MIYAKO ADVENTURE PiPi” using the information on your ticket.

Participation & Health Requirements
Eligible Age: 7–59 years old
Participation is not allowed for:

• Pregnant individuals (including early stages)
• Children aged 0–6
• Those with pre-existing medical conditions
• Those weighing 100 kg or more
• Those with fitness concerns or a strong fear of the ocean should consult us in advance.

Equipment & Safety
For water activities, wearing a life jacket, fins, and a mask is required.
Refusal to wear the equipment may result in not being allowed to participate.
Always follow the guide’s instructions to ensure safety.

Weather Conditions
Tours proceed even in light rain.
However, tours may be canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Transportation & Meeting Point
Depending on availability, you may be asked to meet directly at the site.
To request transportation, please contact us after booking.

Clothing & Preparation
Wear clothes that can get wet.
There are no toilets at the site, so please use the restroom beforehand.
Participation under the influence of alcohol is not allowed.

Parking Fees
Depending on the field, parking fees of ¥1,000–2,000 may apply.

The cave photos shown are from the past. Currently, photos may only be taken at the entrance.
