Have fun cooking delicious food - This cooking lesson was a lot of fun for me and I would recommend it to anyone. It was great to prepare the food in a small group. I hadn't tried these dishes before, especially soup and salad, and they all tasted very good. Many thanks to Laura for showing us how to prepare these dishes in such a way that we can understand them and to the whole team for all their work to organise and run this course so perfectly.

Great food and teaching - We had a great time with Medium Laura being a great cook and teacher who was both funny and had great knowledge of food. Everyone from 3 to 70 years old liked the course a lot!

Delicious - What a great workshop paella (and more) making. Laura passionately explains everything in English. The dishes are delicious, the kitchen super clean, the atmosphere very cozy, the drinks are included and also super tasty (definitely the Sangria). Laura is flexible and she takes everyone's wishes into account. All in all a huge recommendation.

Excellent Cooking Class! - This class is a perfect way to get oriented to Malaga and the environs! It was fun, informative, hands on, and delicious. We really appreciated the cooking lessons and background…in fact had to unlearn a few things we thought we knew about paella. Can’t wait to try the recipes at home!

So, so - Enjoyed the education and history discussion as well as cooking techniques.. Soup and salad were great but paella and sangria wasn’t to my taste. Perhaps it was the heavy paprika and the ‘0’ sugar flavours but everyone else seemed to enjoy it.
