Highlights
- El Caminito del Rey - I will pick you up in Malaga city center with the van and we will go to the reservoir of Conde del Guadalhorce. In the way we will cross the guadalhorce valley, a unique valley in the province specialized in the production of citrus trees.
We will ascend and cross the range of Alcaparain and some white villages. From the dam, we will start the hike crossing a tunnel made under the rock until the entrance of the king’s walkway.
We will discover the geology of the natural park, the mediterranean plants and animals, the landscape, the way of life of the inhabitants and their customs.
We will stop at the most breathtaking view points from the canyon to admire the gorges and to take pictures. Once in the forest, we will have a picnic with local products.
At the end of the hike we will take the shuttle bus which will leave us at the start of the hike. From there we will come back in the van until Malaga city center.
It´s not just a hike in Caminito del Rey, it´s an inmersion in the countryside of Malaga.

Countryside contrast to Malaga city - Really great way to spend a day, in contrast to the city life in Malaga. Alfonso shares his knowledge of the region, the flora and fauna, and all things nature related. The walk is pretty straightforward, flat walkways and not fast paced, but you need a head for heights!
A great group of people on our trip, and lovely to share a smile but delicious picnic at the end of the walk.
Highly recommended.

A never to be forgotten experience. - Extraordinary experience, we have never done anything like it before. It is very safe and not too crowded even though they say they have 2000 visitors every day. We went in a small group of eight people booked before the event, we would recommend this. Our guide was called Alfonso who was very good. We got the impression if you just turn up on the day you are in a much larger group the experience will not be as good. We finished the walk with a picnic provided by Alfonso which was a nice surprise and very welcome. Thank you Alfonso !

What views!! - An amazing day! Our guide was wonderful and very informative. We walked more than 7km but it was a nice pace and didn’t feel strenuous. Not for people with the fear of heights. Otherwise I would highly recommend this tour! We had a great group of people and thoroughly enjoyed our day!

great tour - excellent tour from 1st minute to last. Pick up in Malaga all good, nice drive to north entrance, great walk with our guide, excellent info along the way, good pace, plenty of time for photos and info along the way. Nice snack at end of walk. And with the guide, easy to find bus back to our start point. Excellent all round, fully recommend.

Fantastic hike - A fantastic experience with a knowledgeable guide. Really recommend this tour with a small group. A must when you are visiting Costa del Sol and I will recommend both the trip and this organizer to my friends.

I give it 5 star and highly recommend the tour. - The views along the way were incredible. The guide made it easy for us to enjoy the hike. Showed up on time, car ride was comfortable, and provided detailed explanations and history along the path. The only thing that could be improved was the picnic food; as that wasnt our main focus, I still give the tour 5 star and highly recommend the tour.

Caminito exciting and enjoyable - The pick up was on time and at the location stated. Our guide, Alfonso, was very accommodating and knowledgeable, regularly stopping the walk to explain points of interests and allow time for photoshots. We could understand why, for some, the walk could have been challenging but we knew we were in safe hands. It was also good for us to know that lunch was provided.
