This tour offers an unforgettable Botswana experience in just one day. It begins with a historical exploration at the 3 Chiefs Monument, followed by a scenic drive on a well-paved road to the village of Manyana. Here, you can admire 2,000-year-old ‘Bushmen’ rock paintings and visit a hill that played a role in the first defense of Botswana’s territory. Discover the cave that once sheltered a Queen and learn about various indigenous plants and teas. The village was also the residence of Dr. David Livingstone before his expeditions into central Africa. You will have the opportunity to visit the renowned David Livingstone tree in the village center, possibly by donkey cart, with a tip for the local elder. As an optional addition, we can arrange a visit to Mokolodi Nature Reserve for lunch and a game drive (at your expense) in the afternoon. Please contact us after booking if you wish to include any of these options, as they are subject to availability. Otherwise, it will be assumed you have opted out.
