• Manyana Rock Paintings - The Manyana rock paintings are the most frequented rock painting site near Gaborone. These artworks are distributed across five distinct rock cliff areas. The images feature giraffes, antelopes, human figures, and geometric patterns, all dating from 1100 to 1700 AD. It is highly probable that these paintings were created by Khoe (click-speaking) herders.

Discover the cave that was once the shelter of a queen… This village was a residence for Dr. David Livingstone prior to his expeditions into central Africa. We’ll visit the renowned David Livingstone tree nested in the village center (we can arrive on a donkey cart if available and if you prefer, otherwise we will utilize the car.
