My students and I had a blast! - I visited La Providencia with my Horticulture high school students and really enjoyed a well organized tour. It was so complete; info on cacao varieties, conservation practices, composting and a delicious tasting to close. Doesn't get better than that! Would advise to get there early because of the heat and the hike can be some what demanding. Highly recommend. 100% A+ to La Providencia. Gio, Rafael and the crew, thanks!

Excellent experience - Excellent experience. I recommend it if you want to try something new with your partner or family. Especially if you're not exposed to nature regularly. A good opportunity to get out and know about agriculture and its process.

Great outdoor experience for family and friends - This was a wonderful outdoor & getting-in-touch with nature experience! We got to see the different phases of cacao & learned so much about its harvesting & growth process, how it is made into chocolate, and so much more! We even got to taste & purchase some of the cacao chocolate products, which was great. The tour guide & the rest of the crew were awesome & beyond welcoming!! 🍫

Don't miss it! - Fun learning experience and great walk through the cacao trees! Wear comfortable, good shoes, but definitely don't miss. The tasting of everything from the fruit to hot chocolate makes it all the more fun. And the view is not to be missed. Definitely recommend!
