We provide transportation in a 4x2 vehicle, either a car or truck, suitable for groups of 4 to 6 people, along with a tour guide who will be with you for the duration of the trip.\n\nThe guide is a local expert well-versed in the area’s history and traditions.\n\nOur excursion will last approximately 4 hours, covering the Moche Huacas, Huaca del Sol, and Huaca de la Luna, followed by a visit to the Huacas museum to see the ceramic artifacts unearthed from the Huaca de la Luna. The tour concludes with a stop at a workshop showcasing local handicrafts.\n\nYou will be dropped off at your initial meeting point upon the tour’s completion.

Embarking on this expedition enables one to immerse themselves in historical knowledge and local traditions. The journey begins by traversing through agricultural fields of Moche countryside, leading us to a welcoming local family who greet us in traditional Moche fashion. The family enlightens us about their customs and pottery-making techniques that date back to the Moche era.

Our exploration continues at the museum of Huacas de Moche, housing the finest ceramics. Subsequently, we visit the Huaca de la Luna, the primary temple belonging to the Moche.
