Real, 68 - The region of Andalucia during the month of April offers an ideal opportunity for landscape painting, as the Spring illumination accentuates the vibrancy of the scenery and the hues are at their most brilliant. With the advent of Spring, blossoms begin to emerge along the hedgerows and in the fields, while the slopes maintain their lush verdancy. This workshop is particularly designed for novices to the oil painting medium, providing them with the skills necessary to blend colors and construct a painting from the background to the foreground, eschewing minutiae in favor of building up layers.\n\nInstead of relying on photographs, attendees will be motivated to seek inspiration from the breathtaking vistas that envelop them, evocative imagery, and the creations of other artists who have drawn from similar muses. The program will also feature an excursion to the Museo de Bellas Artes, housed within the Palacio de Carlos V in Granada.
