Discover why Modena’s balsamic vinegar has achieved global recognition and understand the process behind its creation. Explore two aging rooms and a museum featuring antique vinegar equipment. The unique blend of black and white grape juice and the sequence of the woody barrels used for vinegar maturation sets the Malpighi family’s vinegar apart.

Following your tour, relish a variety of vinegar tastes from 5 to 25 years old, testing your palate to identify the age from the flavor. You will depart with a 100 ml bottle of Saporoso and another bottle of flavored balsamic vinegar.
