loved everything about this - This was a very memorable day! Our driver picked us up promptly near our hotel in Bologna and we headed straight to an organic dairy to see how they produced Parmigiano Reggiano. The process was so interesting and we enjoyed the tasting after! The next stop was a Lambrusco winery, the owner collected vintage winemaking tools and had a connection to Ferrari (my teen enjoyed his collectibles). After some yummy wine, we headed to an informative lunch at the home of a balsamic maker. The process was incredible and we were served an absolute feast for lunch! I was just blown away! We ordered some vinegar to have shipped home and it arrived home before we did! Finally, a stop at the Ferrari museum. My husband and son were in awe. I was too! We loved everything about this tour!

A full day - This was one of the few tours we scheduled before arriving in Italy. We were picked up at our Air BnB and one other couple was on the day tour with us. We started with driving to Parm to see how Parmesan Cheese is made. We then stopped at a wine tasting site to learn about Lambrusco. Our third stop was a Balsamic Vinegar farm. All tour guides were great and it was truly and educational and entertaining day. The last stop was at the Ferrari Museum. Interesting but by that time we were pretty tired.

Must do - Alberto was amazing. He knows all the roads and saved us time by working around traffic. The tour went to specialty organic places that all tours don’t go to. We loved the other couple on our tour. Lots of food and drinks. Each stop was just perfect.

Really great. Well worth the high price. - Lunch. The unexpected museum at Giacobazzi, how good Lambrusco is. Going to a farm/dairy. More Ferarris that I’d expected.

This was the highlight of our trip!!! - This full day excursion was one of the favorite days my husband and I had on our Italian vacation. The tour of the dairy farm/Parmigiano factory was amazing!! To learn and see up close the age-old process that is still in place gave me such a huge appreciation for the art of cheese making. We felt the same with the balsamic tour in Modena. To truly see and understand the time and patience invested in such fantastic products has caused me to love Italy that much more. In general, it seems as if many traditional food artisans still embrace what generations did before them. We also loved the delicious traditional lunch served with some real balsamic vinegar (let's face it, it's REAL everything). We moved onto the tour and tasting at Lambrusco and ended up with a fantastic guide who had so many great stories to share and her English was great, too! We enjoyed the tasting as well and bought a few bottles to enjoy later. The Ferrari Museum was pretty impressive (especially for my husband). I loved watching most of the men in the museum walk around in such disbelief at what they were seeing. All of these experiences throughout the day were, in our opinion, once-in-a-lifetime events. So if there is any hesitation, set it aside and do it!!

Rude DRIVER CANCELS TOUR - We booked a tour to bologna, Modena a winery and the Ferrari Museum from Florence. There was a lot of confusion prior to the tour regarding handicapp accessible transportation. However, the driver showed up at 7:05 am and was extremely rude. He yelled at me and my husband because we asked if he could move the van so our handicap relatives could get to the van. He was very inpatient and was annoyed it was taking longer that he planned to get everyone in the van. However, they are handicapped and move slower than the average person . Also we needed to get two motorized scooters in the back of the car. Once everyone was in the car he said because it took two long we needed to eliminate one of the excursion s. Of course we were no pleased with this. We paid over $2000 for this tour. We believe the tour did not allow enough time to get to our first destination. We started driving and it was raining and there was traffic. The driver was taking to someone on the phone while driving and said he was not getting paid so he turned the van around and took us back to the hotel and told to get out of the van he was not taking us on the tour. We pleaded with him to continue the tour but he was adamant about canceling He was soooo rude he should not be in this line of business. As I was getting out of the van I had a paper coffee cup on my lap because I was was drinking coffee but was finished. He was rushing us and the cup fell on the floor of the car by accident. He turn to me and said what is this a restaurant and took a picture of the cup on the floor. I apologized for it falling but it was by accident and I picked it up and threw it away. This entire experience was horrible for me and my family. I’ve never been treated so rudely and this man should not be doing this work if he can’t handle it. Buyer beware! Don't book with this agency! They will not refund us for the tour. The entire experience was very unprofessional and it has ruined our vacation. We were looking so forward to this tour.
