We will enter the dairy during processing and witness the making of the Parmigiano wheels. We will then have the opportunity to taste it right there where it is produced. Afterwards we will always move on board our e-bikes to the gates of the city, in the generous Modena countryside and we will visit the oldest family location of vinegar producers in Modena. Here you can live a unique experience that combines history, tradition and craftsmanship. You will get to know the history of the family up close, you will discover the rooms where the priceless black gold is kept and you will taste the result of years of barrel aging.
