We started with the Parmesan cheese factory where we were able to see the whole process including the cows!! A great tasting of the different aging types! I loved the 40 months, my husband the 30 months. We continued to the Lamborghini museum. Then we journeyed to the Balsamic tasting tour and a wonderful lunch at their home. We never thought the process of making the Balsamic was so strict and long. They had to invest 12 years of their life to produce the first batch! Wow!! We went on to the Ferrari museum where we were able to follow Enzo’s life and rewards! At the end of the day. Alessandro took us back to the train station and bit us farewell!!
