You will see a Palace in two halves, half Tudor, half Baroque. Highlights include Henry’s Great Hall, the Haunted Gallery, King Williams spectacular Staircase, Guard Chamber and the beautiful Versailles style gardens.

Covering all elements of the Palace’s history, from compelling accounts of Henry VIII, haunting tales, Grace & Favour, and narratives of all other palace residents. I’m an animated individual who thrives on meeting new individuals and divulging the Palace’s history and riveting stories, with the capacity to adapt to children’s needs. Amazing tour of Hampton Court - Our private tour with Sheila was amazing! She took time to learn about us and what we were most interested in (Tudor history) and focused the tour on that. It was the best part of our trip to London.

Fantastic, insightful tour with Sheila! - Amazing tour by Sheila! Extensive and first hand knowledge from her experience working at the palace! She tailored this to our interests and gave insights that we wouldn’t have learned without the tour. She made this interesting for all levels of prior knowledge (I knew alittle more going in than my husband did. He was along for the ride, but ended up learning a lot and enjoyed it.) Don’t hesitate to take this tour with Sheila, I highly recommend it!!

Absolutely brilliant private tour of Hampton Court Palaca - Absolutely brilliant private tour of Hampton Court Palace on Sunday, thank you Sheila! I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband who has always wanted to visit. So informative and full of facts and anecdotes that we would not have known about otherwise. A fascinating few hours that really brought the history of the place to life. Would absolutely recommend.

Informative and fun private tour - We really enjoyed the tour. Sheila was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic which made the tour both informative and fun. She also made sure to ask us what we were interested in hearing about at the beginning of the tour and then tailored her tour accordingly. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hampton Court Palace. It was well worth the money. In fact, we have already booked another tour for next year as we think our friends will enjoy it too.

Don't miss this tour. Sheila is a true gem, best guide we had on our entire trip - By far the best tour of our entire trip. Sheila is an excellent guide and managed to adjust the tour to keep all 5 of us very interested. She gave us amazing historical information that made the adults in our group very happy while intertwining "fun facts" for the teenagers in our group. We all left knowing MUCH more about the Tudors, Hampton Court and the political players of the time. Truly fascinating. We went on many tours during our trip and Sheila was BY FAR the best!!! We asked for a lunch recommendation and she told us about the Mute Swan in town. It was the best pub we visited on our whole trip. All in all a truly perfect experience
