A wonderful experience with a very experienced guide - Omar was a delightful guide. So happy to share his knowledge of the history of the fort and old town and Kenya in general. Humble and engaging and patient. Wonderful English and gentle manner. He was very tuned into our needs - shade, drinks, and also took us to the old market which was not part of the official tour but a real plus.

Beautiful discovery of Monbasa - Omar took us to the small streets of the old town of Monbasa giving us all the explanations and answering our questions in impeccable French with great kindness. But he especially introduced us to the work of the Akamba tribe who work wood in an exceptional way. Real artists! Thank you Omar for a great morning.

Amazing tour with a very knowledgeable guide - Omar was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and very patient to answer all of my questions. He told us about the history of the city and Kenya overall and he showed us not only the fort Jesus but also the part of the town where real people live and how they live. Which is always good to have some perspective.

Very nice experience - What a beautiful visit of Mombasa with Omar! He speaks French very well, walks us through alleys, discovering remarkable buildings or monuments, and picturesque places such as the Point of Sale and other shops and the practice of some small trades. All this accompanied by enriching exchanges and tasty anecdotes. Not to mention the backstage discovery of souvenir shops with a visit to the woodworking workshops of the Akamba tribe, which was very interesting. Thank you Omar!!!
