Relaxing cruise with unforgettable views - Our Mon Cheri cruise, hosted by the wonderful Ann, was exceptional! Luxurious rooms with stunning views, impeccable service, and delectable cuisine made our trip unforgettable. Ann’s warm hospitality and attention to detail elevated our experience. The itinerary was superb, offering a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. Highlights included kayaking through caves and picturesque sunset cruises. Truly a five-star experience in Ha Long Bay. Awesome cruise with excellent service - Awesome experience for the whole family. The food was excellent and plenty. Our dedicated and highly professional waitress Ann made sure that all our wishes were fulfilled. The rooms are clean and comfy, offering an amazing view through the entire cruise. From the two trips on land: visiting the village was a shopping tour. Pearls and other local products can be purchased at a very competitive price. You can see the breathtaking landscape by taking a bike or an e-car. The tour to the cave was nice and quite crowded. Additionally, we could kayak and swim at two places . All in all, it was a great experience, well and professionally organized, providing the whole family a great and relaxing time.

Excellent service with stunning views - Highly recommend this cruise, we did 2 nights 3 days which was perfect as its a solid trip from Hanoi. Plenty of time to explore with the tours offered on the ship and relax when desired. Ryann, Tam, Jasmine and Ducky on Mon Cheri cruises had excellent service. Always attentive and ensuring we have a great time! They are great! They set up a beautiful room for our honey moon and also spoiled us with a special set up for dinner. Thank you so much Mon Cheri Cruises for having us. Your staff looked after us well!

3 day cruise - We had a great time on the cruise. The boat was very beautiful and luxurious. Especially the staff was very nice, spoke great englisch and explain everything in detail, we liked them a lot! Also the activities and the views were great, I enjoyed kayaking and swimming as well as visiting the village at cat ba island the second day the most. We had a lot of fun and a very comfortable stay!

Incredible experience and service - This was one of the next travel experiences we’ve ever had. We did the 2 night cruise and loved our room and the facilities, the activities, sunset drinks and everything else. There was so much good food (too much at times! Pace yourselves) and dietary requirements were carefully handled. The level of service was incredible too. Special shout outs to Tam, Ducky, Mario and Ryann (plus so many others) who worked so hard and took such good care of us for the 48 hours we were on board.

3 day cruise - We had a great time on the cruise. The boat is very beautiful and luxurious, the service is amazing and especially the staff is very great. The were very friendly, always explained everything in detail and spoke great english. The activities were very cool, especially kayaking and swimming on the second day as well as visiting the village on cat ba island. We had a lot of fund!

Land Ha bay Cruise - Good cruise overall with excellent service. Ducky and Tham went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended

Great cruise experience - We were very happy with our choice to go on Mon Cheri cruises. We would like to thank Ms Tum, cruise manager as well as service staff, Ducky and Mario for taking good care of us - all the staff have been lovely, helpful and friendly. We truly enjoyed all meals, breakfast and lunch buffets plus the table service dinner. We're also very impressed with the large Elegance Balcony connecting cabins (with bath tub in each bathroom).

Misleading Exploration of Halong Bay Cruise - This was a difficult review to write. We booked our trip through our hotel after telling them we wished to do a three day/two night cruise of Halong Bay. Mon Cherie came highly recommended and the itinerary seemed to fit our needs. Here is what no one told us. The cruise itself is just two one day cruises strung together. IE People on the one night cruise see everything on the water we did, yet we saw the same thing twice. You board the boat at Lan Ha via transfer boat. You then travel to another bay where you go kayaking if you wish. You then go another bay for the night. Guess what, in the morning you go back to Lan Ha where the one day cruise passengers get off, the new one day passenger get on and then you repeat the cruise to the bay to Kayak then to the same bay to overnight. This was never explained to us by anyone. The itinerary is very deceptive in how this is portrayed. We felt quite misled and it appeared from watching many of the other cruise boats around us is that this is the norm. In the big scheme of things we saw very little of this world renowned area. Yes we had a good time, yes the food was very good, yes the staff was very good but as far as being luxurious, all I can say ist that their idea of luxurious are quite different. We also had a blocked drain in the shower. A safe that would not work (sorted by staff then fixed by me several times) A safe that was just not secured in place, a really annoying squeaking door to the balcony that staff just shrugged the shoulders and could not get oil to fix. If I knew what I knew now, save your money and just do the one night cruise, you will see everything the two night people see as far as the bay is concerned. Sadly we cant recommend this cruise at all. Oh nearly forgot on the second morning you are very rudely awoken by the boat motor starting to move back to Lan Ha. Trust me you are not going to sleep through that motor starting and running.
