Relaxed and educational trip - It was a very successful trip. The language talent Julien (our guide) told a lot during the trip. He provided a good atmosphere and probably brought us to all interesting points. He was also a prudent motorist. Therefore, we can recommend this trip with a clear conscience.

Great Small Tour - We loved our guide Ben. He was very knowledgeable about history and especially getting around in very busy congested cities. Definitely a MUST - Tin Phonk was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about the entire journey. He was a historian through and through. So polite and helped me navigate each stop. He was amazing and I’ll definitely reach out to use him again on my next trip!

Rodrigue acted a taxi driver not a guide - I booked this trip based on the reviews and expected a private tour with a personal touch but instead got no more than 15 minutes of information from the guide during the whole day - and that was after asking 4-5 times for some detail about the places we were seeing. Most of the time in the car Rodrigue was either silent or just talking to my husband quietly at the front so no one else could hear. He'd simply drop us to the key locations and tell us when and where to meet him afterwards. We honestly could have saved money by hiring a car ourselves or using taxis. I didn't expect non stop conversation but feel like we left the tour with very little insight into the history of where we went - I could have googled what was covered. At one point the "guide" told me he'd told us everything about Monoco and to tell him what I wanted to know. The worst thing he was clearly knowledgeable and spoke great English - he simply didn't care enough about his job to share his knowledge to make the tour a good experience for us. I've been on plenty of private and group tours and always tip and provide really positive reviews when I've had a good experience (which has been most of the time) but this was by far the worst tour I've ever been on. Not cheap with 2 teenagers, a 4 year old, my husband and I but I thought it was worth getting a private tour to really make the most of our day - I think the other guides sound much better from the reviews so I think we just had very bad luck.

GOT LEFT AT THE PORT - This was to be our first tour of an 11 day cruise. The group assured me we would have no problem being picked up from the ship port. Our ship tendered that day and we were told to get tender tickets for our group at 8am, we went at 7:45pm and was in group 5 out of over 20 groups. We stayed in contact by What's App about our timing. The water was choppy due to storms and they were aware. When they had the other guest they text, while we were on the tender that they were going without us because other clients were unhappy waiting. I asked for a refund if they were dropping us. I have tired since our return and they refuse to refund our cost. We spent more that our price over to get another tour. Thankfully it was a good reputable guide. I WOULD NOT BOOK WITH THEM. All the assurances were were given went out the window. If they choose to go without us a refund should have been issued. I booked this tour 11 months before the tour date.

Terrible, rude guide person - We had the worst guide person, we did never know his name, very rude, ignored us all entire tour, did not answer any of our questions. Also we paid for a private tour for four people and ended with another group of 4. He was focused with them

Bad experience - The tour started off ok we made it to Eze and then Monaco however they do you off in an area strictly for tourists. The views were beautiful but it was all the same vendors/souvenir shops and restaurants. We were there for an hour and a half and certainly could’ve spent time somewhere else . The reason I booked this tour was more for Monte Carlo area and seeing the casino and walking around. We received a phone from our driver as we waited in Monaco only to say the van was taken by police. Other members on the tour left items on the van as we were assured they were safe. The tour group itself called us to say the driver got sick so there weee conflicting stories as to what really happened. We were then told a van could be out to us possibly in an hour. The 6 of us on the tour eventually found a taxi and had him drive us back to Cannes. It cost us 240€. The best part of the tour I missed and the tour ended sourly. Very disappointed. The guide himself was great.
