• Monvino - All tours commence in Monforte d’Alba, where participants will meet their guide. Personal transportation is required to follow the guide on a brief 10-minute drive to the forest area and subsequently to the Enoteca. (A transfer service from Monforte is available upon request for an additional fee, with limited availability.) The experience begins with an introduction to truffles, discussing their varieties, growth, and locations. Upon arrival at the forest, participants will meet the truffle hunter and his specially trained dogs before embarking on the hunt. Please be aware that any truffles discovered during the hunt are not included in the price. The walk occurs in a wooded area, so comfortable, outdoor-appropriate attire is recommended, particularly in colder months. Rubber boots will be provided if necessary. The truffle hunting price does not include the tartufaiolo’s fee: 40€ for two people, 30€ per person for groups of three or more, payable in cash directly to the tartufaiolo based on the group size that day.

Experience an incredible truffle hunt with a skilled “Trifolao” and his trained dog near Monforte d’Alba. Enjoy the fresh air in a beautiful forest and savor the rich aroma of truffles. Meet the hunter and his specially trained dogs, who excel at locating truffles, giving you a great opportunity to discover these elusive fungi. Along the journey, gain insights into truffles, their rarity, and receive expert advice on how to find them. During the hunt, take a break to enjoy a cheese tasting topped with black truffle shavings, and conclude the experience with a wine tasting.

The cost of the truffle hunting experience does not cover the tartufaiolo’s fee, which is €40 for two people and €30 for groups of three or more. This fee is payable directly to the tartufaiolo in cash during the experience, based on the total number of participants in the group that day.
