Tsagaan Suvarga Mine - Day 1: “Tsagaan Suvraga” (White Stupa)
Mongolia’s Grand Canyon Tsagaan Suvraga. There is a landform created by the sea level rising above the land. It is said that it was once a sea because seashells and salt were discovered there. When you go there, you will feel like you are on a planet other than Earth. Two red stone pillars over 30 meters tall tower over each other, and the sight of them being delicately carved over a long period of time by the wind is spectacular.
Day 2: Tsagaan Suvraga - Bayanzag (Flaming Cliffs)
Day 3: Bayanzag - Hongoriin Els (Gobi Desert)
Day 4: Hongoriin Els - Yoliin Am
Day 5: Yoliin Am - Baga Gazriin Chuluu (Rock Formations)
Baga Gazriin Chuluu (Small Rock Formation) - Baga Gatsriin Chuluu means a stone in the middle of the plain, and it is a famous granite stone area where monks took refuge during many wars. Delgerin Choirin Temple, quietly nestled among the rocks, is currently undergoing reconstruction and is a very quiet, hidden attraction. There is a spring and an oasis connected to the cave, making it a suitable place for taking pictures while enjoying a simple hike.
Day 6: Baga Gazriin Chuluu - Terelj
Gorkhi-Terelj National Park - Terelj National Park, the most visited destination by Mongolians, located at the foot of the Khentii Mountains, about 70 km from Ulaanbaatar, is Mongolia’s best resort and is about a two-hour drive from downtown Ulaanbaatar. This place, which is a spectacular combination of grasslands, forests, strangely shaped rocks, valleys surrounded by mountains, and the Tuul River that runs through the national park, is the best tourist destination in Mongolia, where various wild flowers, including edelweiss, are in full bloom.
Day 7: Terelj - Ulaanbaatar
Ulaanbaatar - Ulaanbaatar, once nicknamed the Asian White Goddess and now known as the New York of Bubang Asia, is the capital of Mongolia and means ‘red spirit.’ The area is 4,704.4 km2 and the population is 12 million. Centered around Genghis Khan Square, the Mongolian National Modern, national museum, state-run department store, art museum, and post office are gathered.
