• Apulia - The window on the sea - Embark on a sensory adventure to explore Apulian extra virgin olive oils. This experience includes tasting seven varieties of extra virgin olive oil.
  The first is a cold-extracted multivarietal oil, embodying the essence of Apulian extra virgin olive oil: aromatic, slightly bitter, and spicy, perfect for any culinary use.
  The sensory journey features tastings of various monovarietal oils, each made from a single type of olive:
  1- Coratina: a bitter and spicy oil with artichoke notes, high in polyphenols, and regarded as one of the finest in the country.
  2- Picholine: an oil with similar traits to Coratina, but with a distinct elegance and aroma.
  3- Peranzana: characterized by hints of green tomato, apple, and banana.

Throughout the tasting, you’ll learn about the history of Apulian olive cultivation, harvesting and production techniques, and receive tips on using different types of oil in cooking.
