Wonderful wildlife experience! - Itai was a fabulous guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the parks, land features, history, environment and wildlife. We were driven very carefully and comfortably in a clean, modern vehicle complete with free water and snacks. He checked on us often to make sure we were comfortable. We made rest stops as needed. He stopped periodically when there was the potential to see wildlife. We saw coyote, wolf (with a recent catch in its mouth), bald eagles, moose, long horned sheep and elk. He had binoculars for each of us to use in the vehicle and would set up a scope on a tripod for viewing when we got out at stops. Itai was very personable and patient. He answered all of our many questions. Highly recommend his services and his company!

Great Day, great ride, great guide - My tour through Lamar Valley was an incredible experience, with stunning mountain views and amazing wildlife around every turn. The spacious van made the ride super comfortable, giving us plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the scenery. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, sharing great insights that made the trip even more special. Thank you Itai!

We’ll be back next summer… Get ready! - This day was truly special. Thank you to Itai for showing us these magical places. We will be returning to Montana next summer to see beartooth highway and Yellowstone with more of our family and we will be calling this company again!

Better than any Yellowstone tour available - We had explored Lamar Valley on our own the year before, following maps and online guides, but going with Itai was an entirely different experience. Same route, completely different journey.
Right away, it was clear how much he knew, not just about the wildlife but the entire ecosystem. We later learned he has a degree in forestry from Yale, which made perfect sense. Every question we threw at him, he answered with insight and enthusiasm. We saw bison up close, a group of moose (which sparked a debate on whether they should be called meese), and the highlight of the day, a baby bear making its way through the trees.
The pace of the tour was perfect. Itai never rushed us, giving us plenty of time to step out, take photos, and just enjoy the moment. We never felt like we were being shuffled from one spot to the next.
At the end of the tour, he even recommended a local spot for dinner and dropped us off there. The staff knew him right away, and we were taken care of like regulars.
It was easily the best part of our trip. Itai’s passion for Yellowstone shines through in every part of the experience, and now we wouldn’t explore the park any other way.

Go with this guide - don’t do this on your own! - Our tour through Yellowstone’s Lamar Valley was incredible. Our guide was super knowledgeable and helped us spot so much wildlife we never would have seen on our own. Go with this guide - don’t do this on your own!

Best way to see Yellowstone… from Red Lodge - This is the best way to see Yellowstone without having to spend the high cost of towns like Jackson or West Yellowstone. Also, since Red Lodge is not as known as these other towns, this area of Yellowstone is way less crowded and you can actually take in the pristine views.
Thank you to Itai and the Beartooth Tours team for suggesting this trip. We have been in Yellowstone a couple times before and this is by far our best experience. Zero traffic, zero headache, and nature all to ourselves.

Top-tier Wildlife Safari - Itai and his business are top-tier. The attributes that best describe both are: courteous, professional, friendly, and customer-oriented. And to add to that: highly knowledgeable of *all* the local wildlife, flora and fauna, as well as local history and culture.
We loved our wildlife tour with them so much that any of our friends and family who visit Yellowstone, Tetons, or the neighboring areas, will have these guys top of their recommended list.
The pictures here are only a few of the over 75 we clicked on an old Iphone and should give a reasonable glimpse of the excellent work they did to afford us the pleasure of a truly spectacular safari.

The American West at its Finest - I’m a huge history buff and I wanted to come out to the American West to see it for myself. Thank goodness I decided to book a tour with Itai and his company. Itai’s tour guiding made this place come to life. Also I hammered the poor guy with questions throughout the day and he was an encyclopedia of this location. All these questions then to really deep and meaningful conversation. Thank you for showing me all the wildlife and scenery of an America that once was

Stress free from Billings to Red Lodge to Yellowstone - Beartooth Tours picked up our family of seven from the Billings airport and got us to our hotel in Red Lodge smoothly, making the start of our trip so easy and stress free. The real adventure started with our two day trip through Yellowstone with breathtaking views, tons of wildlife, and so much interesting history. Itai, our guide, was incredible, super knowledgeable, funny, and just really made sure everyone from my 6 year old cousin to my grandma was having a great time. He had stories for everything, knew the best spots, and somehow kept us all entertained the whole time. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better trip and would 1000% recommend
