Healing Yoga Classes & Sound Experiences! - I highly recommend Costa Rica Yoga Sound Journey. I attended every Yoga class available session because I enjoyed it so much. The classes were very calming and energizing, I really enhanced my yoga and meditation practice over the week. I also received a Sound Therapy session, it was magical. I have a new appreciation for the healing power of sounds. My energies feel so balanced.

good vibes - Wonderful cocoa and soundhealing ceremony on my last week of vacation in Selina. A very special moment where José connected us with the magic and vibration of sound in our body, it is a great opportunity to disconnect and reconnect through sounds. Lots of light, connection, magic and gratitude in the session. Thank you very much José for sharing your beautiful energy.
