Amazing service - We used this company for our round trip airport transfer and three different excursions! All the drivers were amazing, service was impecable! We had a flight change and they were super responsive and adjusted! We will be using them again and highly reccommend.

Excellent airport transfer - Excellent experience. There was a rep waiting for us at the airport with a sign. The driver then got us to our resort quickly and safely.

Would not recommend - On arrival at MBJ airport we had quite a wait for our transport arrive and the rep who met us was not very friendly at all. We had booked club Mobay which was fantastic and our Journey through the airport was very quick so was disappointing we had to wait for our driver. However our driver was great and very friendly and knowledgeable .
On our return journey the driver was prompt and again was friendly but suggested we stop at a shop just outside the airport to purchase some rum cream and coffee as it was much cheaper than the airport and everyone gets it from there instead. He said they would put it all in a sealed dury free bag for us to carry onboard. He accompanied us inside the shop and seemed to know the staff. The lady working in the store followed us around trying to get us to buy goods and was very pushy and made us feel very uncomfortable. She told us we would get everything half price and we felt pressured to buy something. We bought a bottle of rum cream and some coffee. These were not charged at half price . We paid $40 for a bottle of rum cream and when asked why it wasn’t half price the man serving us got angry with me and said that is half price , that means the original price was $80. We had allready paid and been ripped off and felt very uneasy so we swiftly left. Obviously we were not allowed to carry the rum cream through security that our driver had told us twice it was allowed but purchased some at the airport for $15.50.
Feel like a fool for being drawn in and wanted to warn others not to let any taxi driver take you to the shop just about 1 minute before you reach MBJ airport and for this reason we would not recommend this tour company.

Make Sure You Read - I called Viator and told them I need a pick-up from Royalton in Trelawny to MBJ Airport, one way ~ 35 min trip. Viator said sure that is possible and no worries. Again I asked for confirmation on the pickup location and they assured me that it's fine. The only caveat is that its non-refundable. The service listed on Viator is called Montego Bay Airport pickup to any resort. Viator assured me that this is no problem and that I am to wait for the driver to come and pick me up at my Resort. I waited 20 mins past the pick-up time and decided to call the driver. The driver said they cannot do it because its only for airport pickup. Then the driver said inorder for us to pick you up now it will cost an additional US $ 70.00. I ended paying more than i was supposed to.

Reservation, confirmation scam? - Not good at all. I made a reservation to be picked up from Montego Bay airport to Montego Bay hotel which was confirmed. When we arrived I reached out to Viator representatives and was asked to cancel reservation and pay twice the original amount. The reason was my hotel is located in Montego Bay but past the range of the montego bay service I paid for. This issue should have been taken cared of during the reservations process. I felt like I was being scammed when Viator representative was asking for more money. Be very careful when making reservations for Montego Bay, it is NOT one are but decided into multiple zones.
