Pickup at the airport is on the outside. After clearing Immigration and Customs, go outside to the arrival area. Use the first door on the right (beside Island Car Rental) to exit the terminal. Once outside, turn right and walk towards the Restroom. The greeter will be standing behind the barricade (to the left of the restroom, in front of Sixt Car Rental) holding a sign displaying “Get Me there transportation & tours” colors black yellow and green sign. (Do Not look for your Name). Departure transfer is scheduled 2.5 hours before the departure time provided on your reservation. A message will be sent to your email with exact pickup time.
