Wonderful airport transport - Our driver was waiting for us and ready to take us to our hotel upon arrival. She was extremely polite and helpful. We enjoyed the stories and information she shared with us about Jamaica. We rented car seats from them and they were in good condition. We felt very comfortable having our children use them. The van was very clean and comfortable. Overall, a great find to help bring our family to our hotel.

Do not hesitate to book this private transfer, book with them now. - We selected this one based on the excellent reviews. We booked a roundtrip hotel transfer to Secrets St. James. Andrea met us with a sign and our name on it, so she was easy to find. She was really friendly and offered us a drink as soon as we met up with her. As we waited for our driver to come around to get us, she told us about all the great to do things in Montego Bay, and she contacted us the day before our departure to coordinate a pick up time for the Airport. Of note, our other friends booked a transfer from a different company that included other couples, so they ended up having to leave for the Airport 4 hours before their flight left, and we were on the same flight. The bonus with doing the private transfer is that my wife and I got picked up about 2 1/2 hours prior. The hotel is only about a 15 minute drive, so we had plenty of time once we got the Airport. Wayne was our driver for the pick up and return and he was great too. He gave us information about the island and the best places to go see and do, and gave us quick side tour of the downtown area on the way back to the airport. Wayne, if you happen to see this review, my wife and I plan on using that recipe you gave us this weekend. I highly recommend this service, and cant wait to see Andrea and the team on our next trip to Montego Bay.

Friendly Service - Andrea our driver was professional and friendly. Thr drinks while traveling were a nice bonus. The roads were mad with traffic but we arrived safely ag our destination.

Excellent Service! - We met Andrea at the airport and I’m so glad we did. Both she and her driver Wayne were excellent!! They took time to tell us what to do in Montego Bay whether it was for relaxation, partying, or an adventure. Highly Recommend Booking with Andrea! - We paid for round trip transfers between MBJ and the Grand Palladium for our family of four. We booked direct through the Adventours & Excursions Jamaica website, received a prompt response from the owner, Andrea, and paid in advance with Zelle. Andrea was friendly and her rates were very reasonable for this 40+ minute ride between the airport and hotel. She also secured an “expediter” for our arrival at MBJ (additional cost, but highly recommend), who was waiting for us with our name on a whiteboard immediately after we exited the plane. The expediter helped us sail through the computer kiosks, customs, picking up luggage, and brought us straight to Andrea, who was waiting for us outside the airport doors. Andrea had a large, modern vehicle with AC and plenty of space for us to spread out and for our luggage. She was a fantastic guide on our ride and was clearly enjoyed sharing info about Jamaica with us. We had a fantastic time at the Grand Palladium and were sad when Andrea followed up with us to confirm the pick up/departure for our return to MBJ.
