So much fun - Orlando and Daniel made our tour soo much fun. I was soo excited about mud puddles. They even captured some great videos and photos for us. Would definitely do it again!

Great memory nice tour guide! - We had a very nice ride and the tour guide also took time in between to tell us things about Jamaica's nature and history. Because we were interested in this. He also took videos and photos to capture this memory. The only downside was that the drive was a little shorter and not really near Montego Bay as we expected. Perhaps it would be helpful to clarify the description on TripAdvisor a bit.

Great Experience - We had a group of 12. The driver gave us a tour of the city on the way there. The atv guides were amazing, very observant and assisted us expeditiously every time we got stuck lol. Great experience.

Family gathering with adult children. - The ATV ride was less than an hour. The ride back and forth to Montego Bay was longer than the ATV ride.

ATV - Communication can be better. We left the resort about an hour later than scheduled. Other than that, enjoyed the experience.

The good, bad, and sticky - From Montego Bay to the ATV site was extremely long. Our driver told us 30 to 40 minutes. I timed it and it was 1 hour and 22 minutes each way. The van was cramped with the number of people which again made the ride miserable because the AC barely worked, and I was so hot I began to stick to the seats. The ATV ride itself was great along with our tour guys. I would definitely give our ATV guides a 15 out of 10 while the drive is a two out of 10. The driver was polite and nice but the AC and the length of the drive made a huge difference unfortunately.

What a rise - The actual excursion was ok. You are definitely going to get muddy so be prepared. The trip there was the problem. This place is extremely far it basically in Negril. In booking my excursion came with a private transfer which is just a cab driver. The only problem is mined decided to stop and do a drug deal on my way back to my resort.. That could have became very dangerous…. I strongly recommend booking these type of excursions with companies that provide shared bus transportation

Not worth it - Very short experience, wasn't a a tour, it was a 30 min atv ride in muddy woods, def not worth the money or the time of travel from the resort to the venue... 1 hr and 40 mins of travel time for a 30 min experience then a 1 hr 40 min ride back to the resort.... guides were good wich is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars

Birthday vacation - Poor communication between the tour company and the supplier of the excursion.. We missed our tour because of tour company FRESH LOOK TOURS WAS LATE AND DIDNT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY. And stated I couldn’t cancel the excursion the same day WHEN THERE WAS NO MORE FOR THAT DAY. It was impossible to planned another day when our itinerary was jammed with different events. Poor communication and didn’t want to answer my calls or shared the name of their company when calling for assistance. HALF A STAR WOW!

TOUR WAS CANCELED 11 minutes before our pick up time. DO. NOT. BOOK. - Unfortunately I didn’t even get to experience the ATV’s!!! Our ride was scheduled to pick us up at 9:30 am. We were in the lobby waiting to be picked up, when I received an email at 9:19 stating that our tour was canceled. Was never given an explanation to why this happened. I booked a tour for different excursions prior to our trip. We were very excited to ride the ATV’s! So this was a major let down!
