Timeless Elegant Tours is a Standout service - Bernard and his wife provided a seamless and safe transfer to and from the airport to our destination. Refreshments were waiting and a knowledgeable and interesting commentary about historical and current events and local points of interest we were near was shared with us en route. Bernard is a standout in his field because he went over and above with a special request I had. Before we even arrived in Jamaica we had been texting about other items that would make our stay special, and hiccup free, all of which he facilitated. The super important piece that was most extremely helpful was the following: arriving in Jamaica can be a lengthy experience at the airport, with registering, lineups, security checks etc. There is a service (MoBay VIP) which can greatly help get you through quicker. Unfortunately this was full when I tried to book in advance so we were not looking forward to the long lines that awaited us over Easter Weekend. I asked Bernard and Timeless Elegant Tours if he could help with this. He did! He literally saved us at least 2 hours to get through the airport. We were extreme grateful for this. Basically, Bernard leveraged his relationships with the Jamaica Tourist Board to have them literally shepherd us through the airport from the plane through registering through luggage’s retrieval through security to the outside directly to him. I do not exaggerate that we passed hundreds of people and felt like we were exclusive VIP’s. Bravo Bernard! The point is Bernard is lovely, super competent and understands how the service industry works. I can safely say we will look no further when traveling to Jamaica than Timeless Elegant Tours and frankly wish he had his service worldwide so we could use him wherever we travel! Bravo sir!
