I first encountered Glen when he picked me up from the airport. He was sympathetic to me being delayed by a day to join the rest of my friends. He listened to my complaints about my experience with American Airlines. He then offered kind words of encouragement and gave me some laughter with his sense of humor. Glen’s recommendations for activities were considered. He was the ONLY driver we used during our 6 day stay. He took us to parts of Jamaica people rarely see, including to the Friday night community cooking events where we ate the best jerk pork and rice/peas in the world. A couple of days later he picked us up to take us to the local craft market. He stayed with us while we shopped and also took photos with us. On our last day, he escorted us to the airport and wished us safe travels. Glen is a great driver and is fun to hang with. We each felt as if Glen is now our brother!

Byron's Jamaica Tours made our trip extra memorable - We booked two separate tours with Byron's Jamaica Tours. 1) From Montego Bay to YS Falls & Appleton Estate Rum Distillery. 2) Montego Bay Highlights tour. Eric was our driver for both excursions, and he was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods and parishes, showed us many historical and interesting sites, pointed out many native fruit plants and trees... It was everything we hoped for, and more! We could have booked similar tours through our resort, but then we would have been stuck on a bus with other tourists. Booking through Byron's Jamaica Tours ensured us a private and more personalized experience--in a more comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle--and this made all the difference. We are so grateful to Eric for sharing Jamaica with us. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Jamaica, we will be booking our sight-seeing adventures through Byron!

Boon with Jethro and Byron, you won’t be disappointed - Our first driver Jethro (Jet). He was absolutely a whole vibe. He was so professional and knowledgeable. My sister surprised us with going to Ocho Rios first and Jet knew. He did not spoil the surprise by telling us. He was happy to see our faves when we found out. Jet stopped at this restaurant and got us jerk chicken and also stopped at 2 stores for us. He was very easy to talk to and made our ride from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios fun and memorable. When we went back to the airport to pick up our friend he saw remembered us. He came up to us and hugged all 5 of us and held a conversation with us. Jet was so gentle with us and made us feel like his family. Thank you so much Jet for help making our vacation fun and memorable. Byron was also amazing. Byron was our driver back to the airport on our last day in Jamaica. Byron was very friendly and courteous. My friends and I will definitely be using his services again when we return to Jamaica. Byron's is the best! - I visit Jamaica often and Byron is always my "go to" for all of my transportation needs. The customer service is top notch and Bryon responds to your inquiries at all hours. The drivers are punctual, and professional, and often recommend some great ideas for sightseeing. Highly recommend Byron for airport transportation, tours, etc.

Byron Made it Work (twice) - BYRROOONNNN!!! That’s what I said the entire time I worked to explore Jamaica and Boy, was it beautiful. We had originally planned to visit Dunn’s River Falls but a few of members of our group had mobility limitations. That was no problem for Byron. Within a few hours we were packed and ready to explore Jamaica with a whole new itinerary. We decided to do the Jamaica Highlight tour. We laughed, joked, ate, and shopped. He took us to all the RIGHT place based on what he knew we absolutely couldn’t miss for a GREAT price. You haven’t visited Jamaica if you’ve only visited the resorts. Get out and explore with Byron. My line sisters LOVED the excursion. P.S. I also missed my original shuttle to the airport. I called BYROOONNNN back and he had a driver, Glendon, pick me up within minutes. I was present way before my flight✈️ I had a double dose of authentic Jamaican heritage during my transportation experience 😁🇯🇲😅

Montego bay highlights - Byron tours was fantastic in accommodating our itinerary for the seven of us. The tour guide Odinga was excellent in explaining the various sites he took us to. One Love Experience ❤️ - We definitely got more than what we bargained for, and I have two words BOOK NOW! The owner of this company is definitely one of a kind. We initially booked them just for transportation from the airport, but ended up using them for 2 tours and transportation back to the airport. Our drivers were VincRoy and Omar. They made sure we were good every where we went. And they made sure to keep reassuring us that we were in good hands, and without a doubt we absolutely believed them. Needless to say if you are going on a girls trip, and you want to do private tours just know you’re safe with them. It was just me and my bestfriend and we were very comfortable with them. I give them 10/10 for the service and hospitality. Thank you Mr. Powell for accommodating us for our last min excursions. And a special thanks to VincRoy and Omar for your impeccable service.

Great experience! - Our group of 5 took a tour with Byron's Jamaica Tours. Scott was our tour guide. We did a highlight tour of Montego Bay and shopping, then asked Scott to take us for some authentic Jamaican food for lunch. He chose a great restaurant. Our last stop was supposed to be Margaritaville, but it ended up not being what we were expecting. So we asked Scott to take us to a beach. I really appreciated Scott's flexibility. He made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Setting up the tour and meeting Scott off the cruise ship was super easy. Overall we had a great experience!
