Amazing - Nickoy was so amazing. Very nice and well spoken. We told him the food at our hotel didn't taste authentic and he took us to a nice restaurant. We also went shopping and he gave us great history. My family is Jamaican and I use to come as a kid. But coming as a tourist was worth it. Thank you again for your 5 star treatment

Disappointed - The tour went badly as the main guide was busy with other clients, he entrusted us to a friend who took 4 other people while it was a private tour. These people decided to go to the river when we didn't want to go. After 2 hours we still had not started the city tour. The main guide came to pick us up but by the time we ate we had not too much time to visit and we were added to the other group of guests who had already done the visit. There was also no audio guide in French as planned. We were hoping for compensation or payment for the meal for example but nothing was done. Despite the kindness of the main guide who tried to fix things we remain very disappointed.
