We meet clients at the airport before their arrival time. Upon reaching the arrival section, it is essential to have a signboard. Our signboard features bold letters with our website name and the client’s name. After receiving our guests, we greet them warmly and verify the lead person’s name and accommodation destination for clarity. Our clients then wait in the holding area while we retrieve transportation for their pickup. Upon returning to the holding area, we assist clients in getting seated while we load their luggage. At the same time, we offer complimentary beverages, including beer and water. After that, we drive off and inquire about their flight and place of residence. We also ask about any special needs or stops required on the way to their destination.
